  The level of incompetence via Noor Bank Corporate is unfathomable. After days of dealing with customer service managers - trying to locate our "lost money" - when I demanded to speak to the floor manager this morning, I was told he's on another line and "he's already spoken to you on this matter!" Outrageous customer service, especially given their banking error led to our money being held in limbo for four days. Would never recommend using this institution for any corporate banking.
