  Looking over your reviews. It seems to be a common practice that you rubbish feedback or attacks reviewers. A more professional approach would be to gracefully accept the feedback of clients and have the courtesy to reach out to customers to discuss their experience. It seems you are the only mobile groomer in Dubai that does not collect the animal and believe you should actually reread my complaint.
  
  Your defensive response further supports my claim that you do not care to offer good service and generally lack professionalism. That obviously stems from the management.
  
  
  
  Horrible experience for mobile grooming service after booking this service via urban company app. The service was provided by Pet Corner and an extremely with a rude staff that was firstly angered by having to collect my cat and wanted they cat brought to him. After being quite careless and aggressive taking the cat. He then refused the service saying he was scared to handle the cat. The cat is a docile and gentle quite and very timid 10 month old kitten.
  
  Have not had any problems previously with other mobile groomers. I definately dont recommend and I think thry need to better train staff in service as well as their technical capability.

  We have been regular customers of pet corner for the past 10 years and today their service thoroughly disappointed and angered us. My dog sustained 2 injuries today both in his eyes, after a grooming appointment with Pet Corner in their mobile van. On his right side there are multiple razor wounds all around his eye (eyelid) and face, and his left eye is infected and swollen due to which he is unable to open it and is in a lot of pain. Furthermore, the state of his coat after grooming was simply horrible- it was completely coarse and lacked the usual shine. In addition to all this, there were small razor wounds all over his body as well.
  
  -Truly disappointed and upset customers.

  I have now bought two toys from this store and my puppy has ripped them open within hours. He nearly chocked on the stuffing.
  
  Please be very careful with the toys you buy from there as I had a stand up argument to just get my money back, the policy is extremely bad as it was very evident these were dangerous products.

  Fantastic Staff and their Groomer is amazing, Very gentle with dogs, they have a good clean set up and you can see your dogs being groomed as well. I was very surprised that they even brushed my dogs teeth and Teddy's too who normally doesn't let anyone near him. So thanks guys for being so awesome.
