Tried calling several times but the person responsible was never at her seat. Finally some one took my mobile and said will call me back and 5 to 10 mins and nobody did !!!

Musafir. What a waste of time and money. Use their search engine then book with the airline directly. Cheaper and easier.

Tried to rebook on the phone and they tried to charge me 4000dhs more even though the flights I wanted were cheaper than the original.

No accountability. They do whatever they want.

I made a reservation, after That they charged my credit card?!
and issued me a pending reservation? after waiting until the next day and emailing them, they told me the fare has changed ! and I have to pay the difference so I asked for a refund..and now I have to wait until the refund gets back into my account.. which may take 10 days!.

Pathetic experience. They are cheating by saying that for to take 30 days visit visa asked us to pay Dhs350 in addition to that Dhs 100 has been deducted for advance of booking the flight ticket. After getting the visa approached them to redeem Dhs 100 advance payment which was deducted by them by booking the flight ticket through them. After booking the flight ticket come to know that they have been added some service charges also if we use credit card have to pay 2.25% extra and no refund or rebooking flight ticket. They were trapping us to book the flight ticket through them but charging us more than what we booked directly through airlines.

All beaware of them. They are cheaters totally

Pathetic service, they charge 100 AED more for visa if you don't book the flights from them. It's cheaper to book through Emirates if you are flying as a tourist. Very unprofessional staff and they cannot even properly list out the required documents for visa. They had to call me so many times for each and every document. Total waste of time and money.
