I had taken their service twice and found that outside India their service is fine as we went to georgia ,which was well organised and professionally done,but the kashmir trip was just opposite and really unprofessionally organised. These may be due to lot of local people involvement which is beyond their control to handle .

Very bad service
They don’t not respond soon
They ask irrelevant documents not required make own rules not as per the embassy for tourism, and act as if they doing a favor on us
also after the review was put within an hour the agent contacts sending the screenshot of the review so pathetic hence had to edit the review to add the incident that is the type of service

It is the best place for visa processing & Ticketing. Situated at Behind day to day. The staff at the desk are really helpful and always provide a better clarification even via phone call.

on 1st Sep - 1 star
StaffBreak most of the time.. asks to call after break .. calling after break then no reply.. .. not sure who's working. Takes ages to find simple things like flights availability inspite of telling which flight want to book.. simply poor .. have strong feeling that akbar travels might head towards disaster in future with such management.
On 7th Sep - All sorted - 5 star

It's really disappointing to know how Akbar travels karama is serving their customers . I called them twice to check the ticket rates but both times I was denied by them telling that they were busy . If u open a travel agency n can't serve customers right so wats the use . Their staff Sud really be taught how to acknowledge a customers need .. The way they responded my call is no were near called customer service ..👆🏻 one star was just to submit my experience ..

My name is Mohammed Zain and i am really disappointed with the services. I visited the Akbar Travels in karama and ask one of the crue to book me the tickets for my trips and that person promised to send the ticket details my email in 30 mins but never responded, after giving a reminder call also. It was rought trip to 4 countries and priced around 10,000 to 12,000 AED. But they dont care to respond.
