To show how suspect this company is - the main guy who calls himself Steve, isn't actually called Steve (I won't say his real name here but his initials are TA - not hard to find him on social media with a bit of effort).
A lot of the reviews here are also done by people on his friends list on IG/FB. No valid TL exists for the company the last time I checked so would avoid on that basis alone. There's a big smelly rat here!response / report this review -

Relocated my house twice in the past 5 years and I can't thank them enough for how quick and professional they were.
I have also recently used them for sending stuff back to UK and it was faultless.

My husband's review is far too kind. Mr Move destroyed some of our possessions, misplaced/lost/gave away others, refused to say sorry, and used their terms and conditions to deny us recompense for our losses.
Their main defence? "That wasn't on the packing list" - of course if you don't create a packing list (like Mr Move) then you'll never have to admit you've lost or damaged anything!
You have been warned! If you want loss or damage then Mr Move would be an excellent choice.response / report this review -

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They "lost" my items, damaged my items, delivered a rubbish bin which wasn't mine, and even managed to cover garden furniture and a computer printer in paint (2 different colours). When I threatened them with court action after weeks of unanswered calls, evasiveness, excuses, and lies they told me I was lying about the missing items and I couldn't prove they'd ever had them because they didn't use packing lists! Sounds like they've done it before, doesn't it? If I'd checked on Google beforehand I'd have seen that they had
Ask to see their office - there isn't one, at least not in Business Bay where "Steve" told me it was.
If you are still in doubt ask to see their warehouse - it's off street 6b in Al Quoz (nowhere near where Google Maps or Mr Move's website says it is) - once you've seen it you''ll understand all too well how they can "lose" items and damage items.
If you search for me on Linkedin I'll send you a video of their warehouse and a google maps location..

We recently made a local move and were very impressed with the service from Mr Move. Steve was very helpful, although sometimes difficult to get through to him. However, it was during Ramadan and so things are a little slower then. The cost was excellent, almost half the price of some of the others! The team wrapped, moved and unwrapped us in double quick time and we had no breakages. They were polite and tidy and very respectful of our possessions. I will definitely use them again.

I’ve moved from Dubai to Dibba Alfujerah. I’ve contact Mr.move and they moved all my furniture. They did really excellent job❤️. They made my life easy 😅. The funny thing even my brush teeth they put in same postion at my new apartment 🤩

I wish I could put a zero star for this company - Mr Move. They broke my
-Dining chair
-Bed Frame
-Rubbish bin
-Glasses (more than 1)
I have used several moving companies and this company was the worst. They didn't even tell me that they broke all these items. They hid it until I found it at the end of the move. They were unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please save yourself from any hassle by selecting other mover.response / report this review -

I'm pretty fussy now when it comes to moving, because I've had a lot of things broken and destroyed. So, you can imagine that I was cautious with my last move, and went through a rigourous screening process of five companies. I have to say that I was a little bit skeptical, but felt assured once I saw these guys in action. They were completely professional, handled my stuff like gold, and pointed out any scratches or knicks on my furniture prior to packing. They also did a great job on hanging my curtains and TV. I referred them to my neighbour in the new building, and hopefully he will get the same quality of service that I received.

I had to pick some ideas at a friends villi, but work was so busy. With Just a call moving guys was dispatched, rapped up, and stored for the next week when I was free to collect.. Thanks Mr Move

Used them for storage services, there new storage facility in Al Quoz is awesome! They gave me my own room and keys.
The team that came to pack my items where on time, very friendly, respectful and efficient in there work.
