Excellent company who handled our move from Budapest to Dubai - including 3 dogs. Very responsive, professional company who did any amazingly swift job of packing, clearance and unpacking. It's the only company I will ever use for our household goods moving or pet transportation.

We used MoveOne for moving to our new house. The team were very professional, came on time and started packing. They wrapped our items very well and secured any glass surfaces. Wrapped all our decoration items one piece at a time. They finished our 2 bedrooms in 4 hours. Then once we reached the new house, they placed all boxes as labeled to reduce congestion in the house. Installed all our curtains, picture frame and shelves on the wall. I highly recommend them for anyone planning a relation.

I used this company to move my belongings from Dubai to KSA in October 2019. I had always used Delight movers previously who are amazing, but my new company suggested Moveone so I assumed they would be okay. At the Dubai end, everything was okay, but not as good as Delight or as organized. They parked the van miles away. When I asked why they didn't use the car-park directly in front of the building, they said they would have to pay for it!!! So guess what? I paid for it myself. At the KSA end, a complete fiasco. A group of men arrived in a shabby open truck, not even in company t-shirts, but grubby clothes and open toes shoes. No English. No experience in unpacking - not unless - as an example - you consider turning a box of expensive books upside down onto the floor experience? The driver of the truck plonked himself down on my lounge chair , made himself right at home! The men piled so many boxes into my hallway that the building management had to come as they were creating a fire hazard. I ended up unpacking most of the boxes myself as they were completely clueless and were taking forever. Oh and the best part? One of a pair of marble topped tables was completely smashed, plastic storage boxes were broken (who breaks plastic??) as was my metal filing cabinet and a hand painted plate. The driver was pressuring for me to sign the papers so they could leave and at that point I wanted them to leave also; it was exhausting. After checking the inventory it was then I realized that a painting was missing, an expensive LED lamp and all of my CDs and DVDs that I had been collecting for years. I am convinced these items were not 'lost' in transit as I have photos of them with all the belongings ready for packing in Dubai. Moveone basically washed their hands of any responsibility and I have been left to haggle with the insurance company. I have moved multiple times and across three continents without so much as a broken glass. So, I would not recommend this company in a million years, and if I could give them 0 stars I would. Oh, and I also forgot to mention that the bubble wrap I specifically asked for to protect delicate/expensive items and was guaranteed would be provided..was not. What did I get? Paper and cling film. My golf clubs which cost a fortune - wrapped in cling film. Hand blown glass items - paper. And the marble tables? In a crate but without any padding. What a joke.

I have moved many a time between countries and all our valuables. This time we used Move One, we were plagued with many issues. There was a sign from the get-go which I should have paid attention to but unfortunately didnt - My coordinator promised me a quote in a few hours but took many days to get back to me and cited admin issues.
1. My coordinator from origin, confirmed many details on the size and volume and then we ended up paying extra for packing.
2. It was promised to be 1 day, but ended up being 2 despite all details.
3. I specifically asked for 3 crates for TVs/computer which was understood to be part of the quote. They gave me 1 large one and it wasnt even padded for the extra room.
4. every step of the way, they charged for extras and pushed for immediate payments.
5. Once landed, many items were damaged, torn, broken.
6. Screen crate - reached me upside down! and all the items moved around inside.
7. Delivery was uncoordinated and timing was off leading to costs and surprises.
Im not amused and would not recommed their services based on my experience.response / report this review -

I was searching for a removal company to move from Wroclaw down to DUBAI. I've got few quotes from various removal companies however Move One was by far the most organised and professional. They nicely packed and loaded all my stuff.
They showed up on time and got the works done vastly. When it reached my new place they nicely moved and unpacked all the goods, not even a single scratch on my belongings.
All in all very positive experience no complaints. A very satisfactory experience made me give a large bonus to the crew, and the guys where very nice people.

I will share a very candidate feedback. They are good at marketing but expensive than the other relocation service providers. Their packing and quality of service is no different than any other so please do not fall for it if they boast about being 'FIDI Certified'. Here is the quick highlight about my experience with them when I moved my stuff from Dubai to Sydney:
- Their packing staff are not professional. Two guys came for my packing and only one knew how to do the job. The other one was a relative of the main staff and he had little idea about safe and quality packing.
- The back office staff have little idea on what happens on the ground. They kept on claiming their quality if packing is of a high standard (bubble wrapping) and chances of damage are minimal. The truth is not a a single item was bubble wrapped and so many of my items were damaged when they got to my house. If I had not take any insurance, there was no way I would have received any compensation.
- I paid for full packing and unpacking service. Their partners in Sydney, Palmers Relocation,. only unpacked few items and left the majority for me to unpack. They are not aligned with their partners on the agreement.
-Till date i have not received any result of the complaint and feedback I provided to Operations Manager.
My recommendation: They are no different than any other relocation company. Do not pay the premium price, as what you get in return is damaged items, poor packing, compromise on scope of service and then no further communication or response on the result of the investigation.response / report this review -

Used Move One for my relocation to Spain. Wonderful service, the crew has done state of the art job by packing every single item with extra care and placing in high quality cardboard boxes and also in wooden crates for delicate goods like TVs and my piano. Everything arrived safe and sound. Nothing was misplaced nor damaged. Paperwork was handled by the Moving team, I had a great support which I am so thankful about. I also used Move One for transportation of my Cat. She came with us on the same flight.
Stress free move!
Highly recommended!

Extremely bad communication, be sure to ask about all hidden costs. My experience was for my move to Beirut, which the agent in Beirut charges ridiculous fees at $2 per kilo (taxes) while the normal is around $1, when you have 2000 KG container or more, this will make a huge difference, so I ended up cancelling and took another moving company.
