Awful! They undercut the competitors in price but it turns out being more expensive as the lie all the way through. Terrible service from start to finish. Use Crowne, they are the best and that’s why they are more expensive.

I am optimistic about the reviews however for this case I have to put the fact to avoid impacting the customers in thousands of $ loss
I would suggest to the company below actions to have happy customers:
-Take care of the shipment end to end, the customer will never know the shipping instructions by themselves and what to keep and what to remove, otherwise the customer will end paying thousands of dollars penalties as a result
-To ensure “end to end service delivery” as promised as the customer assume the company will take care, however as per the current process the customer will work on daily bases to try tracking and follow up to clear the shipment by himself on daily bases
-Add IKEA furniture to the assembly process at destination as most of customers having IKEA furniture
-If you have a partner in the process, as standard, the company should have back to back agreement to protect the customer
-Re-evaluate the shipment duration as it takes 3 times more than the promised duration
-Support the customer to get cost breakdown and invoices

The company was completely unprofessional. Packed everything without asking, and lost a dental kit and broke a chandelier. The dental kit cost 15 k including a night guard retainers and a whitening kit. They packed it without even asking then lost it. and the chandelier cost 15 , they broke many pieces of it due to their poor and unprofessional packing. Moreover, they packed my expensive shoes one on top the other WITHOUT even asking. DO NOT hire this company for moving.

WORST COMPANY EVER..DONT USE IT PEOPLE ..THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL TAKE UR MONEY THEN IGNORE YOU..I HAVE A COURT CASE AGAINST THEM
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEMPLZ SHARE TO SAVE OTHER PEOPLE
