  This office has the worst service ever. I don't recommend it at all. Think 100 times before going there. Otherwise, you will regret. Please notice that my recommendation is very objective and is based on the experience that I had while dealing with them.
  1. The translation is very expensive. They will charge you for a couple of words on a page around AED 200.
  2. The customer service sucks really. If you call them, they don't reply, and if you send them an email, they will reply late in two days.
  3. They are not welcoming and not professional at all. They don't know even the etiquette of dealing with customers. They might even block you while you're talking to them like what happened to me while I was talking on WhatsApp to their Turkish translator, Othman.
  4. The service is too slow and not professional. It took me over four days to get my translation done, though it was less than 40 words. Can you imagine! That was a piece of advice from a brother!

  I had a very good service from Moscow Legal Translation and also they were absolutely flexible when I had time restrains and could not get the payment through on time for them.

  I mainly dealt with Fairuz. Very professional and she goes out of her way to help explaining process steps with different government office and consulate. All my work was done promptly. My go to translation firm.

  Thanks a lot Moscow Legal Translation for the best service. The professional translators, fast services and best prices. If you have no time to visit them, any kind of delivery provided. In my case was translated marriage contract, in this company was cheaper for 300 AED than in WAFI mall translators. Thanks guys.
