I always have unforgettable and great experience in Mediclinic Dubai Mall. Their doctors and staff are very professional and caring. I referred my friends and family members to visit the clinic. Very satisfied and will come back for sure!

If you care for your wellbeing, stay away from this poorly managed clinic. After experience with numerous Doctors, I can see the issues are clearly administrative. You as a patient have to call to chase results and then to chase the treating doctor to speak about your results - irrespective of the severity of the results.

I am truly disappointed after the incident this morning and will be filing an official complaint with the Dubai Health Authority

Today I went there and met Dr. Fatima, I gotta say she is so kind and professional lady. Just now she called me and updated me about testing results and asked me again don’t forget take medicines

My husband and myself, we went there both in the last 2 month. The doctors were very professional and very detailed when it comes to the diagnosis. They prescribed the relevant medicines and did also tests to double check if the diagnosis is correct. The nurses were also nice and people at reception were very friendly. We will definitely go back.

This clinic is one of the best I’ve seen in Dubai. They’re friendly, efficient and they know what they’re doing. If you need tests done, most can be done on the spot and sent right back to your doctor no need to come back another day for results and consult. We’ve had very positive experiences every time. In fact, I prefer to go to this clinic even though my insurance doesn’t cover it. You can’t gamble with health!

They just want money! No one understands nothing, I’ve been sick for the past 3 months i went to their gastro dr and he made me do all of the tests and no one bothered to give me the results! I’ve been waiting 2 weeks now for my result all the time i call they say dr is on leave and we couldn’t give u the result on the phone, i send msgs to the de he don’t respond, so disappointing, they just want money, i was expecting to be treated with them but it seems they dont care, rubbish service.

Ok so I usually just read the reviews too lazy to rate
However as the majority of people gave so many negative stars I was indecisive visiting this hospital
Luckily it payed off as so far I had best service ever
Still have to respect others maybe their visit was different
But i will share few points that win this game
#welcomed and acknowledged
#professionalism on a very satisfying matter
#Caring (I didn’t even had to ask about my leave they advised)
#getting to know first we spoke about personal life he took all his time getting to know me and my past medical issues
After-all really recommend if you are afraid of needles the filipina lady is a steady hand you feel nothing but laughter

Awful place.
You get treated like cattle waiting your turn to be slaughtered. And like cattle, you don't receive more than the amount of time required to slaughter you.
Expect to wait for a long time, and receive barely nothing.
And you'll be charged like you are being treated in Mayo Clinic, but by doctors whom I suspect are barbers in disguise.
Don't risk your life.

Called the number posted twice to make an appointment (3 20s in the afternoon) and no answer. Good start. I hoped against all the negative reviews but I am sorry to have to join those disappointed with customer service.

We went to Dr. Elenor for my child and though she was alright to speak to, I haven’t received a call back from her till yet as opposed to what was promised by her nurse. I took an appointment with the pediatrician at the clinic thereafter since there was none available before and he ( Dr. Naresh Sharma) discussed all my child’s concerns. Frankly I’m not very satisfied since I expected them to run some tests which they didn’t and my child at this point isn’t better..

My kids Doctor was unconcerned and unhelpful. The reception staff and phone operator are unconcerned about anything. Some are helpless.

Although some doctors are good.

Cannot raise your concerns to any one. When you ask to speak to someone in charge. The answer is a cold no !
You are at the mercy of the doctors

Just a meat shop !

My doctor's appointment with Dr Rajeev Bhandula was fine. He is very knowledgeable and seemed to take tbe time to listen to my concerns and I'm very happy with his assessment and prescribed course of action.

Where this clinic has dropped the ball SPECTACULARLY is the blatant lack of patient aftercare. I had to give blood after my appointment and I was sent off in a vague direction towards the labroratory. Nobody was there to assist me or tell me what I needed to do. But there is a marked waiting room. After three people who arrived after me were seen to, I found a desk to ask someone when I would be called.
The lady pointed to one of the papers in my hand and said "Oh This paper must go into the slot next to the door"

That information would have been more useful to me 30 minutes prior.

The pharmacy has a weird system where you need a number to be served (fair enough) but you have to get it from the pharmacist. So if they're busy, be prepared to stand about like an idiot until somebody can assist you, take your prescription, give you a number, so you can then wait your turn.

The worst service you will ever get.
The appointment for my mother was 45minutes late to start with.
She had an appointment with the only dermatologist in the clinic, Dr. Muna Hassan, who is unprofessional to say the least. As my mother did not have her medication with her, Dr Muna asked that she checks the meds at home and then email her to which she would reply back with a prescription. Dr. Muna didn't reply to the email for 5 days. When contacting the clinic, they are unable to put us through to her with claims that she is extremely busy with patients. Her prescription instructions, when finally received, are not clear and I doubt that she knows how to write a prescription.
There are many dermatologists in Dubai who are far better I am sure and will provide a much more appropriate and professional service than Dr. Muna Hassan in Mediclinic in Dubai Mall. Will not be coming back again.

After reading all the negative reviews I was hesitant to go there at the beginning. However, I decided to give it a try and I have to say I am glad I did. Staff always answer the phone and they do their best to accommodate and help you. Receptionists are also friendly and courteous and so are the nurses. The doctors are very good. Place is very nice and tidy. I would highly recommend this clinic.

having moved to Dubai recently, I was extremely nervous about going to the doctor here at the mediclinic as it was a little overwhelming. however got there and it was great - the staff are so lovely and kind, they helped me understand - took me to get my blood tests. Made me feel so relaxed. the doctor was so lovely to talk to, actually took time to listen to my long list of problems and explained how she can help with all of it. Definitely recommend for anyone that needs a doctor.

Terrible administration and back- office. Went there in pain, was told authorisation would be requested from my medical aid for tests. 2 days later the request had still not been sent by Mediclinic as they had a back log! Waited an hour at pharmacy because they are short staffed. Pure profit motive.

First of all I came in with a bunch of stuff wrong with me and the doctors knew what needed to do to get back to health. Kidney stone now gone and right medication, ecoli that has been attacking me for five months is gone and I got the right medication, and back problems feels so much better and they knew exactly what treatment to do for that for me to feel better. The best doctors in the world but the check out lady didn't understand my guarantee of payment so every single time I had to go there for anything I had to get a new one. But it was well worth it for getting me back to being health. I would have to say the frustration with the check out lady sucks but if that's the only issue in telling you these doctors knew exactly what to do. I can't believe the reviews. I didn't have problems with parking bc I got valet two levels down from the clinic. I would have to say best doctors in the world in my opinion I have ever encountered. They were fast and got every single issue taken care of. Every single issue. I'm really pleased
