Very very bad experience with GP doctor and Insurance department in the clinic.

GP refer to specialist with out mentioning the details of disease and the Insurance department upload the same and it's rejected two times. When we ask to insurance department in the clinic for the rejection details, they don't have any proper answer and we spend nearly three hours with out getting any proper information.

After that we checked with our insurance company (Met life) and the replay is surprised ' there is no attachment for the detailed reason for reference to specialist and insurance clime paper from the clinic side.If you can give the phone I will explain them the procedure to insurance department in the clinic '

We are paying money to consult the doctor and we have the right to get the proper behaviour from your side.We are not asking for free consultation..

    Very Bad experience.
When I went there for consulting gynecologist, as per the insurance policy they told me to consult GP first. Listening to my problems, GP is asking me to whom should I want to Consult Gynec or Dermatologist. This is one & only thing that she uttered from her mouth. For the rest of our questions " I don't know" was the only answer. Next step was to again get the approval from insurance to consult gynec. I don't know how the insurance dept staff applied to insurance company for approval. Twice my application got rejected. when I inquired the staff for the reason behind the rejection, staff didn't respond properly.
He told me to go back to GP and get some medicines. GP doctor is not confident and wants me to consult gynec.
insurance Staff and Doctor don't know what is the insurance procedure, how to resolve this problem and even atleast to convince patient with proper answer.
I wasted 4 -5 hrs of my time running to and fro from insurance dept and GP. No one cares. We didn't met any doctor. Finally When we decided to move out that place they wanted us to pay consulation charge for no reason.

When I communicated with insurance company for the reason behind the rejection, reason was that the clinic missed attaching medical claim form. Twice they applied carelessly. Because of the carelessness we wasted our time and money.
Please train your doctor and dept staff on new insurance policies and moreover train them on customer service.

Great customer service and follow up from Arvind in your team. Have been in the customer service myself now for over 18 years. You are setting the benchmarks high. To top it all the Doctors are very good and engaging. As they say half of a patents issues is sorted depending on how the Doctor engages. Keep up the good work.

I met Dr. Roylal George. It was indeed one of the best experience with a doctor. Al Noor polyclinic has raised the bars for other clinics in terms of hospitality and treatment. It was a very good experience and all my concerns were taken care of patiently by the doctor.
Will recommend Al Noor to everyone.

They have very accommodating staffs. Especially the owner who check my son's eye problem. I just wish they are included in the accredited list of Clinic for Basic DHA Health Insurance plan.

Worst clinic in Dubai. Doing half consultation one day, asking to come next week for remaining. No communication. After tests, just checking the result and writing medicines. No communication with patients regarding test result. Found some nutrient deficiency in a test. I think first a doctor should suggest that nutrient rich food rather than taking medicines and supplements. Here writing tablets.
    Gynec is the worst there.
