  Waited for more than an hour to be only told that we are not selling boneless mutton, usually they do. No information was put on the counter, it was just the policy that if we don’t get enough customers we will sell the boneless item. They have absolutely no respect for other people’s time.

  Total lack of customer services, rude and unapologetic for any mistake. Delivery service is highly unreliable. 15 people in shop, social distancing is out of window

  This is one state of the art meat shop. Meat is available around the area in many supermarkets and hypermarkets.. but out of the blue, this is a place dedicated only for meat. They have all the kinds, all the cuts, and all of them fresh. I have been their customer for long now, but never took out the time to review them This last experience with their meat was so juicy, that i had to take out time for them..
  The guys at the shop are also very professional and they assist you with everything they have.
  The place of Improvement: The guys too much to each other in front of the customer; that needs to be worked on.. they should avoid too much discussion, while entertaining the customer.

  Great Quality mutton , I would have rather liked to give it a 5 star but they use a strong annoying air freshener and it's such strong that even after cooking you can still smell the perfume/fragrance of the air freshener. So a strong recommendation that please stop using unnecessary air freshener to impress people. We would rather settle down with good taste with not so amazing fragrance. Please this may have some health hazards as well.
