the shop is one of its kind in the area. Their customers are mostly satisfied as they have been working in the area for quite a long time now.
These guys have some of the materials and stuff available on site; and sometime they only show you the samples and take orders. Then they have different suppliers of different materials in Ajman and elsewhere; from there they get these arranged.
We got window blinds from them and the experience was satisfactory. Their guy came to us and took sizes, showed the samples and finalized the order.
Then another team came for the installation. The installation guys were not very professional as they damaged the wall.
some of the items they are selling at higher prices as compared to the market. they need to work on that part; otherwise the guys are good.
In the carpet trading category; they lack behind many other suppliers. The carpet trading is not their main line of business and whenever they get an order; the guys try to expedite the price and make a margin out of it. I got almost 40% price difference in the carpets from other suppliers and that did not make me very happy.
They can do better if they start reducing a little of profit margin.
