I have booked only for gel application as we have newborn baby we didn't want to take risk of using any toxic stuff, despite they informed us gel might not work 100% I thought to try it, beleive it or not I started seeing dead cockroaches on the same day hope this gel will kill all cockroaches in a month atleast I am really happy with the service, ponctual and proffessional. No wonder all gave 5 stars.

I am trying to book their services for over 10 days. I spoke with 3 different people and even though they said they can do the job then suddenly they stopped communicating with me.

Every time I called and asked the receptionist that I need to book they assigned me with a new person.
But on the phone they are very polite and professional. Then when they ask me to WhatsApp them the details and arrange the booking, they forget to reply.

I felt like I was begging them for their services and they were too busy to communicate.
Well, their loss.

Guys very professional and friendly.
Only on suggestion - stick to appointment time, no need to come earlier on 2-3 hours guys. As people have sometimes also plans, but in all other aspects- service provided by that company is really good.

I had contacted Rentokil becuase of their good name within the region and international community.

Mr. G. Salam and Emeron came to my property to provide a treatment and were fantastic. Mr. Salam's knowledge when it came to ants was admirable and interesting. He had put bait gels and different traps in order to solve our ant issue and before he had even left, you could already see the impact it was having. Hit attention to detail was wonderful and you could tell that this man really too pride in his work.

Emeron was straight onto spraying the outside of the property. His hard work and diligence paid off as he had finished up the job in no time. His knowledge with pets was also rich and very informative.

These two worked fast but, still paid attention to detail. It was wonderful having them on site.

Thanks for the help and I look forward to seeing the team for a follow up soon!

Had called them for cockroach control. They showed up on time. They sprayed in the heavily infested areas and applied gel everywhere else. At that time the cockroaches were killed. However, within 12 hours we could again see a lot of cockroaches. So I would say the spray only had impact for a few hours. The kitchen looks like the same again. It does not look like a pest control was done. Disappointed with the quality.
