It's quite an old shopping center. It does have first 2 hours free parking. Its main attraction is Daniel Restaurant on the first floor.
There's a furniture showroom and a number of other shops, clothing, mobile phones sales and repairs, pharmacy, money exchange, and a café at ground floor.
The restaurant offers an open buffet with mainly Mediterranean and Persian cuisine throughout the day, used to be affordable but the prices have been rising lately. The quality of food is good.response / report this review -

Easy to access from Sheikh Zayed road. Offering all necessary products through famous retailers local and brands. Pickup and drop off station for Al Itehad Airlines passenger. Now City Walk is also facing there making more attractive.

A good small shopping centre that offers two restaurants, a cake shop, two pharmacies and a few boutiques. I appreciate the calmness of the place.

I usually only go for the gym in the Mazaya building it’s low cost and very nice.
I have briefly passed by some of their small perfume shops a cafe and a Homes R Us store. It’s a small and quiet place.response / report this review -

Ideally located along sheikh Zayed road right opposite to Burj Khalifa. The only attraction is the decade plus old Daniel Restaurant which serves the most affordable yet tasty and sumptuous buffet in the city.

It's at its prime location Sheik zayed road..not as big as other malls, but an absolute one stop shop with a wide array of little shops inside - the most popular being Danial Restaurant

Does not offer thay many options if you are looking for shopping. They do have Homes R Us if you looking to buy furniture though. There is a kids play area as well a few decent restaurants such as Danial (Iranian cuisine). Location is perfect though as it is in center of the city on main shaikh zayed road. If you are looking to have a decent view of the Burj Khalifa fireworks on the night of 31st December, and prefer a bit less traffic than that of the downtown area, this is the place to go.

It's not a place that I visit unless I have too. The energy their is so low for anyone to enjoy. I think maintenance done their is so poor. I only used to visit for peir import and it's closed now. Very low quality for a place located in a Major road like sheik Zayed Road.

Small mall but have some shops that are worth visiting like Brands, Homes R Us and others. There is especially a shop that sells used authentic designer items at good prices. Also there is a shop where you can find work uniforms at cheap prices. Of course there is Daniel restaurant famous for it's open buffet and good prices.

Mazaya Center is a dead mall. Shops of intrest would be: Fitness 360 & Homes R Us.
It also consists some casual dining restaurant. If your thinking about shopping fashion here, forget it.response / report this review
