As far as having great amenities while living in high rises the Bay Avenue mall is amazing for the residents of the Executive Towers. Not the type of mall I would go out of my way to go to but when you have it yummier your house it's great. Plenty if cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, groceries boutiques. Great lunch deals for surrounding offices as well.

Bay Avenue is easy accessible and near to offices and also a place where you could pay your everyday bills without the need to go into a mall. It definitely makes life easy for the people that works there.

Lots of food shops, pharmacy, banks. A few luxury shops. Many lovely cafes with outdoor seating. Very nice place to sit with friends ans drink coffee, smoke shisha

Good ambience with kiddies play area to keep the little ones busy as well. Reasonable time of free parking to shop around or have food at many of the good restaurants. Also a nice place to kust walk after a good dinner

One of the better residential "malls" in terms of size and selection - excellent choice of restaurants though there remain a lot of vacant units as of October 2017. Well maintained and family friendly.

This place has a real good vibe to it!

There are times when certain events pop up here. The residents and people who work here get the opportunity to come and indulge themselves in these events.

I came for an event a few months back. It was a food truck event and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The new community retail square. The bay avenue has a lot of food outlets, empower office, emirates hospital and few other much needed shops for the community. There is a small park available at the back side, a skating space for the enthusiast, rickshaw wheel for the tourist. Nice view while having lunch or discussions.

It's a good place to hang out with a variety of restaurants. A nice park when the weather is good, and a small shopping place. If you're not a resident in the area, you'll have to find a parking and maybe pay for long stays.

Bay Avenue is a Happening place in Business Bay. It caters to your requirement from Restaurants to Coffee Shop to Grocery Shopping to Grooming Shops to Driving Institute and Laundry. You name it and You have it. Convenient Location from Metro and Just Behind Taj Hotel with a view of Burj Khalifa makes this place a must visit. You will most of the office crowd here from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Else there are residents and visitors making this place vibrant!

Great place for errands. This place has everything if you don't feel like going to the mall. Awesome to bring you kids or dogs for a walk; meet friends or set a meeting in one of many restaurants overlooking the Burj Khalifa. Spinneys is on site if you need to do your grocery shopping.
