I had my IntraLASIK procedure done 4 days ago by Dr. Tamer Gamaly, and it was an absolutely pleasant experience. The procedure took 15 mins with zero pain, burning sensation is only felt after an hour of the procedure and it was easily resolved once I applied the prescribed drops. Doctors and staff members are a delight to work with and I highly recommend the hospital.

I am glasses and lenses free after more than 10 years!

I went to Abu Branch today for my daughter appointment and Dr. Marwa (pediatric ophtalmologist) did not show up. Nobody was bothered to come and explain that the doctor did not respect her schedule. Neither the doctor did not call to apologized for the delay. It's after almost 20 minutes of waiting, I went to ask at the reception when I was told that she did not reach. When I asked the receptionist to contact her, she informed one nurse who informed another nurse to call. We left upsait and nobody did take the time to apologize or call back. Customer service is poor, communication was nil. So disappointing!!!

It's the first and probably will be the last time ill visit them , bad experience, never respect the timing, suppose to see the doctor at 1pm ended up seeing him by 2pm " after arguing with them " the only good thing was the nurses that's it!

Complete waste of time, worst receptionist's ever. Took me 3 days to book an appointment. Once it's time to take your money they chace you, and when it's time for a follow up they forget you. I really don't recommend this place.
