  I have a terrible experience with the nurses. I took an off day for fasting blood extraction. Improper instructions was provided ended wasting my time. You are dealing with patients and rendering care, an erroneous communication is not acceptable in healthcare. Communication is a skill. Your nurses needs some trainings.

  I had a terrible experience with the receptionist. I booked two slots and called for directions to the location as it was difficult to find prior to my appointment, and she knew I was coming. She gave the directions and I was surprised to come to find she gave my slot to a walk-in customer. When I confronted her about this, she was less than helpful. After contacting the manager, the receptionist apologized and suggested I go to the same room where the other customer was to ask her to leave mid-way through her session in order to put me back in my slot. Incredibly inconsiderate! It will be my last time ever coming here.
