Extremely unprofessional. If I could give a rating lower than 1 star I would be more than happy to do that. I regret using their service. They came to pick stuff from my house and broke my shelf beyond repair and that had to be thrown away. I then only sent my cooker hoping they will be careful. But I was wrong. First I agreed to get a wooden box for which I PAID EXTRA, to keep the cooker safe. They said they will take it and pack it at the warehouse and a picture will be sent. My mistake I trusted them, no picture came. The product was taken on 19 Sep and after a lot of chasing and almost begging it was delivered on 28th Oct. And to my surprise it was not in a wooden box but only in a foam packing which resulted in breaking of all glass components of the cooker. I have been chasing them since over phone, WhatsApp and a visit but they choose not to explain anything or accept their mistake instead they choose to ignore and keep making excuses that they will tell me soon. They are extremely unprofessional and I am surprised on their disrespectful attitude. I would never choose them and not recommend them to anyone. I have suffered a lot of loss using their service and on top of that extremely bad attitude.

To be honest this organization is based on highly professional staff. Quick service delivery with nominal charges. Amazing client service.
