Used their other branch with same website. (website shut down). What a sham. 2 guys in street clothes spend 3 hours here giving improper estimate and did not even service units as paid for! Then he said he would send someone back to do proper service and did not. Will not answer my messages even though he has read them. Took a part from my AC and will not return it! The guys even asked me to feed them dinner, which I did. I treated them with trust and respect and they shafted me! Horrible and false customer service. And now their website has been suspended. Use them at your risk.

We are beyond disappointed and frustrated by those scammers, they were supposed to come and fix our ac and they ruined it, the condition it is in now is much worst than before. 1) they did not provide a receipt 2) when we tried calling them, they did not respond and they kept talking about one another and throwing blames, which was very unprofessional 3) they ruined our ac 4) took payment and are not willing to come back and fix it 5) they put u on hold and then close the phone. when we told them to come and fix it, as we paid, they spoke in a vey bad manner. we are even doubting if this company is legit because no company would do that. We do not recommend them AT ALL!
