  Good gym in many activities Especially they have great trainers But they do not have a swimming pool

  Use both locations. Def one of the best equipped gyms in Dubai. Outside terrace is fantastic.

  i signed up last year paid in advance over priced for a very small gym half of the machines are out of service most of the time and you are not allowed to use the class room if there is no space outside even if there is no class, that all not so bad till i got badly injured because of the female trainer i was working out with who i notified during the work out that something doesn't feel right and she kept screaming and pushing till i tore my knee and i wasn't able to walk for weeks and when i called to form a complain and freeze my membership i got the worse attitude and got the phone hang on my face ..the staff are very unprofessional the place is smelly and super small not worth the membership at all specially for someone like me that work out regularly .. i even complain to DED that told me that i wasnt the first one to complain from this gym and still no apology and ended up loosing my money which were worth of 6 months membership

  Great gym, a very nice crowd and they have a huge outdoor area where they held their classes like BOXERCISE, TABATA, CALISTHENICS , LOW FU, TRX, PILATES, CIRCUIT, YOGA, BODY PUMP by les mills and ZUMBA. Well maintained gym equipments both for free weights and machines and most of all they have the most hospitable staff.
