  worst customer service and staff ever experienced. I am willing to pay 7000 dhs for the membership but bad staff encounter. prefer drive a bit more to mma or other gyms. and not give the my money.

  Too expensive for what it is and what they offer. It's really not clean and the infrastructure should clearly be refurbished- the shower hammam section is really disgusting - you just can't stay in the hammam as it's not clean same for the shower where the water doesn't go properly

  Bad staff. Bad customer Treatment experience.
  Higher management are even worse.
  Old and corroded machines. Small & dirty pool. Kids swimming class was a joke. I wonder why it is considered as platinum plus. 1 star rating is too much for them

  Decent facility with a stocked gym and pool area. Beware of scam tactics with getting you to sign up for membership terms longer than you had planned for. They have strict sales targets.

  The feeling of a cold shower after a workout, spa and steam room. Yeah well not here. No cold or even cool shower waters! Literally hot water. Wont renew memership here. Also the wifi signal is awful! Nice staff though.

  My favorite gym in Dubai. Cozy and not busy specially in Daytime. Machines are not much but fine enough for Basic training. The pool is big and the crowd is selective. Very good for families. The courts are always available for bookings and they have muli-purpose indoor field for soccer, tennis , basketball and squash.
