Dear Dubai parks and resorts
i would like to first congratulate you for the amazing opening and achievement.
I was very happy to see the promotional offers for the national day and did-participate in it but unfortunately iam really unhappy as i have booked the tickets via ur website and dint receive our tickets till now as its been almost 24hrs my payment is been charged and i have no clue when will i have a confirmation email from your end.
Hope you guys look in to the matter at the earliest.
Kindly do the needful.
