Horrible. Just horrible. We arrive at the hotel, and the first thing we get is absolutely appalling attitude from reception staff and management. Very rude and unhelpful, made us pay the full price to check in earlier as our flight arrived earlier than expected. We was in a group of 8 people, I had one of my children with 2 other adults staying in one room, asked for an extra bed but had to pay extra money for it. According to the rules and regulations for 4-5 star hotels, a customer has every right to ask for an extra bed -for free- as long as there is a limit of 2 adults and one children staying in the room. Of course I was not willing to pay this price just for an extra bed that i was supposed to get for free, in the end I was forced to pay extra money for another apartment, re-arrange a lot of the rooms so my children had somewhere to sleep as it was almost 5 in the morning and they were exhausted. The next thing that happens is they wake up with small red spots, of course we didn’t think much of it at first as they may just be mosquito bites, however, each morning their spots either increased in size or number. All 8 of us were in different apartments, none of us had any of the strange markings except for my two children who were staying in the same room, we all went out to the same places at the same times so of course we found it strange that only they had the spots, after a few days we go to the pharmacy and they say it’s most likely bed bugs, although they couldn’t give a report, that’s what they said and they had then also prescribed us with some disinfectant to keep the bugs at bay. Us being alarmed then decided to tell the hotel about this situation as they should take full responsibility for it, they tell us they’ll wash my children’s clothes -only gave what could have been infected- and take care of our suitcases -because of course i did not want to bring this back to london- had to pick out some clothes as they couldn’t do it all at once— next morning we go to hear some news from them as they said they’d give us a full report and do a full inspection, and we heard nothing. They then say they checked the mattresses and everything in the morning and found nothing. Although we all know the pesky bugs like to hide. They refuse to take responsibility, refuse to wash the clothes, refuse to give me any of my money back or even tell the doctor to check my children as they don’t believe us. Overall just a really terrible experience, really disappointed, horrible service and even with the cleaning, the quality of a 4 star hotel is just not there, I would never go here again.

Surprisingly large rooms. 4 people would fit perfectly into our apartment for 2. Perfect access to Metro (7 minutes), Tram
(5 minutes) and to Dubai Marina (1 minute). Three pools (two of them very small). We opted for an apartment with kitchen and cooked ourselves. We experienced several small bizarre incidents with housekeeping staff: First they forgot a cleaning cloth on our table. Then they only gave us one towel (for 2 people). Then they forgot their keycard in our apartment. Depending on the exact location of your apartment, there can be significant non-stop noise from the nearby highway, and several times there was rather loud party somewhere in close neighborhood (not in the hotel itself). The higher staff is very polite and helpful. Ordinary employees have problem with English language (most of them are not Arabic) and often seemed slightly confused.

I brought bicycle to ride in marina walk. The access to marina walk was very easy. It was connected in B1 floor. The room was really spacious. So i can enjoy bicycle in my living room. But, because it was not marina side, i have to hear noise from E11. I hate that sound.

Worst place! Rooms stink, cigarette butts in balcony, dirty glass windows, tiny elevator, staff wasn't helpful at all, I can go on and on. I don't recommend this place. I left this place even I had paid in full for two days.
