  Worst tadbeer ever, do nooooot take a maid from them, there service is horrible! If u have an issue with ur maid forget getting any help from them. They won’t even bother to call you back when u contact them. Plz go to tadbeer Shamma Almuhairi or tadbeer Alwarga mall.
  I’m warning u from now about this tadbeer. They charge twice the amount that others charge for horrible maids, they lie and say there trained , and when u get them there clules, don’t even know the basics

  Disgusting working practices pains me to have to give 1 star. They were fine in the beginning and when signing up are very helpful. However my helper had to leave unexpectedly and they demonstrated appalling treatment both to the worker and also with communication to me. I would avoid at all costs. Absolutely do not recommend.

  They advertise maids who have 4 years of experience, and when you take them, you discover that they have almost no experience at all.
  
  When you complain, you are under the mercy of their contracts department that is only accessible through email, and they will allways take side of the maid without listening to your issues and problems.
  
  When we asked for a replacement, they said that they no longer wanted to deal with us! I've never seen a business where they refuse to take a customer!! I guess too many customers to deal with, so the fewer customers, the less the headaches.

  Quick and easy process. Interviewed 3 helpers and the lady of our choice started 2 days later (we could pick her up immediately after receiving the negative PCR). She has been with us for 6 weeks now and we couldn't be happier. Impressed when I learned the company actually invested time to train their staff, our helper said the training was really nice and it shows! I much appreciated the 30 day settling in manual too, it is never easy to start with a new helper, but this really helped us to get her on the right track. Thanks, we will definitely recommended Housekeeping Co to our friends!

  I have been their customer from 2019, first 2 years service was good, nowadays link they say to check the status after writing many email, not updated, they don't even have a courtesy to call back. If you call their land line, they say contract teams are different they all answer by email which we need to ask them manytime, then they replyi guess if you looking for good service this place is not recommended.

  This company claims that they train maids about cleaning ironing and humanism. We have a disaster. The maid is yelling at my kids and at myself. Eating and drinking at her leisure, playing loud music during work. I called company 50 times but they don’t answer. Email is on auto reply that office is closed and somebody will respond. But never. It’s a disaster. Not only maid but also company behaviour is pathetic.

  ZERO Quality service.
  I have been trying to send emails to [email protected] and they are continuously behaving as if i am communicating with automated machines. Working from home doesn't mean that you become inaccessible. We all are working from homes. And your maid is a pain in the neck. Zakaria the reception guy is not even responding. How can you be so insensitive to your clients need.
  An absolute trash service.

  I had an excellent service with Tadbeer, and special thanks to Aysha who was guiding me through the visa process. I received clear communication at the beginning and also during each step of the process. I am also happy with the speed of delivery of the steps required to sort the visa for our nanny.

  The breeze of the experience of sponsoring a housemaid is in such contrast with our previous tedious experience elsewhere.
  Our experience is limited to sponsoring our own helper so I can not vouch for the quality of the helpers that they recommend.
  We were helped by Aisha who was extremely professional and explained the process thoroughly and followed our application from start to finish.
  She was incredibly helpful and has such a nice personality, which made the experience even more agreeable. Highly recommended!
