  Kingkoil expensive mattress that we received from Carrefour Deira was defected. They refused to fix or refund. the Kingkoil customer service team are very rude and can accuse you of the damages which are not your fault. the guy called Gerald is so rude. Please be ware of dealing with them. better not to buy this brand at all with the high price and terrible service.

  Very bad service and manipulation and procrastination with the client especially the shop branch located in Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai. Unfortunately After buying them They began to procrastinate and manipulate the delivery of the order Beware of all caution before dealing with them

  We bought a mattress and pillow from the Karama store and the store in charge Rey was extremely helpful. There was an issue with the size I ordered (mistake on my part) and he went above and beyond to support. He was very responsive and constantly in touch with me to support. He was very patient throughout and resolved my issue in about 10 days. I would surely recommend him and of course King Koil. The mattress is amazing.
