Very bad service and very bad costumer service. Never ever going to recommend it to anybody. I ordered a bunk bed and requested a higher border to prevent the kids from falling but they didn’t do the what I requested and when I put the mattress it showed clearly that they didn’t do the same size and when I contacted them, they replied on me with unacceptable way and un respectable way.
It’s impossible that a child can sleep like this with this short border on a bunk bed because it’s not safe.
And after I paid and everything now I’m not intended to use it because lake of safety.
By the way I measured the border hight and it’s 40 cm not as I requested to be 50cm, you can see the photos section.response / report this review -

My colleague recommended the shop and I am amazed by the collection the store has. The prices are very competitive and I give five stars for the customer service. The delivery was prompt and professional. I will be visiting the store again.

Extremely happy with the service. We bought a children’s bed, king sized bed , mattresses for both beds, tv unit, sofa, curtain and wall papers from there, all superb quality products! All the furnitures were custom made to our likes and choices. Designs were so good that it gives a hotel feel to our home! Definitely recommended!!!

Horrible customer service!!! I had been their regular customer in the past and have even referred friends to them! But off late, their service has dropped to unbelievable lows.
They give commitments knowing fully well that they can't honour it, simply to close an order. When they fail on their commitments, they are unapologetic about it and only talk and push the customer to accept whatever they say after that.
Even after taking way longer than they committed to deliver a product, their workmanship was poor. When we tried to talk to them to resolve the issue amicably, they were unapologetic and arrogant, and took their own sweet time to "correct" the issue and still ended up with failed commitments and poor workmanship.
We still tried giving them a chance to sort the issue out in a friendly way, but the cycle keeps repeating.
