Stunning Collection of items. My wife and I visited Lucky's after receiving a lot of recommendation from Friends and family. We ended up spending the entire day here. Got a live edge dining table with bench, a beautiful bone inlay coffee table and a intricate carved sideboard with mirror. Great store with exceptional people handling the business. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service, excellent products. Bad combo. Won't bother to revert also, on time n goes on responding rudely. Won't bother to spend my dime, esp. now other competitors have better offers n bargains
Hey this is the perfect example I am expressing about your rude customer service. I was a walk-in customer & not on phone!!! In fact, the whole time spent there was so unpleasant, I didn't bother to call & check again!! And here you go with something else, totally.
But thanks for your response. At least I know now, I am not the only one in the public who is dissatisfied. Maybe there are others who are so upset, they don't even want to mention being there.

The owners of this shop are helpful, accommodating and VERY honest. The selection and quality is beautiful and you won’t feel overwhelmed when trying to select a piece. If you ask for something or an opinion on furniture they will be honest with you even if it means they will lose a sale. After shopping all over Dubai this has to be one of the best for quality, service and integrity. I highly recommend people to purchase their furniture here! You won’t be disappointed!

Every time I have been I am amazed by the handiwork and reasonable prices . If you are looking for solid wood furniture and rustic novelties it is the place to shop.. the variety is incredible ! Workmen on site can add or alter the goods while you waitnot just furniture but wooden pedestals and metal handicrafts. It is a huge warehouse just full of temptations to buy. Well worth a visit.

I don't usually write a review but I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO SHOP HERE!!
I wanted to get a nice bedroom set for my room & I was amazed at the variety that was in Lucky's Furniture. I searched everywhere Home Center, Ikea, pan emirates you name it but nothing came close to the design, quality and affordable prices that Lucky's quoted.. Especially if u want to have good durable wood furniture in designs that are similar to Marina Home. You should go here you will be addicted i promise.

Love this place. They seriously have a lot of items to choose from. Have 8 warehouses full of solid wood furniture. Very helpful with your requirements. Got a bunch of pieces from them and extremely satisfied.

Don’t recommend this place any more

Being there for many times to purchase some additional furniture and to request after sales service for the furniture received previous weeks the owner became aggressive didn’t wanted to fulfill my requests for specific colors as they did previously Not polite and unpleasant to fulfill after sales finally was shouting to me.
Such a bad arrogant person shouting to customers without care now that they think they became “famous and unique” I regret I recommended this place to many of my friends so many years in Uae
On top of that their prices the last year increased so much.

Fortunately there are more decent and cheaper places like that

I"ve been asking around to for a specific table at least 25 people recommended Lucky's. The service is unbelievable, from giving directions, being lost and personally taking me to the place after meeting up with Adnan, the sons owner. The variety is just unbelievable, let alone the advice and how polite they are. They definitely know their business and always welcoming questions. Adnan was BEYOND patient with me, very cooperative and understanding on when to deliver (as I needed this table for an occasion) delivered as he said and on time. Though at one point after delivery I had a little issue with the tone of the table, I wanted it a bit darker, I had voiced my concerns to Adnan and he personally within a few days after delivery personally came to my home with one of his team members to fix it to my satisfaction and expectations. Wonderful family, very professional and I couldnt be happier with my new table! Literally a piece of ART coming from a magazine! And oh. after we were done with the table, Adnan asked me to call him 2 hours later for an update on the table. I have never experienced such personal and professional service like this! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! You made me a very satisfied customer and extremely proud to have this piece in my home! Oh and I forgot a very important point here. VERY COMPETITIVE prices! Chapeau to the whole team! May you always find success in your line of business!
