Communication between staff is poor. Staff are not well trained to serve wine nor explain what they were serving in plates. The parking services was terrible they hit my car. It was miserable experience that I will never do again nor would I recommend the place.

Absolutely one of my favorite places. Staff is very warm, friendly and knowledgeable! We have been many times and no matter when we go we are always addressed by name. We love the familiarity and it’s an absolute stunning location to take in the view of the Burj Khalifa and fountain area.

Staff know very well about their menu and was professional. Food is nice and fresh. Sushi roll were more innovative style instead of traditional one, but tasted good and more fun.

Huuuge menu and a bit cumbersome.
The food is otherwise very good, and the service is good. The outdoor seating is a bit tired and needs redoing, and the music coming from the mall is annoying. The red miso aubergine is great, probably the best I've had in Dubai. Their eel and mackerel sushis are good too, but the rice a bit tasteless and somewhat harder than it should be for sushi.
I liked the place, but it's on the expensive side. I would've given a 4th start if it were more fairly priced.response / report this review -

The staff is extremely professional and always present to serve you. They also have Sheesha outdoors if you want to chill and admire the view of Burj Khalifa and the LED display!
