Visited Keif Restaurant in Business Bay last week after we heard a lot about it. We ordered 2 shishas, sat there for 20 minutes then paid and left. The shisha is horrible! One of the worst shisha places in Dubai! Never visiting that place again! They need to change the entire shisha staff and bring someone who knows what they're doing! The size of the Shisha head is small and there was barely any smoke and you have to keep asking for the charcoal guy they never change it on their own.

Although the hostess Lucy there was amazing and very welcoming, the bad shisha spoiled our experience.

A decent Lebanese restaurant. Nice location, great shisha bar, food could be slightly better. Price is quite good though.

Nice ambience, good food, polite serving, only flies from the canal near was a problem and they had solutions for that as well. We chose to sit out.

Services food is not the same as one stated in menu which represents major outing for me. If you say that something is served with 5 pieces, doubt serve it with 3. Otherwise, it's a nice place to sit, cosy and relaxing

Went solo yesterday for a coffee.. waited for the menu to be offered. no one bothered to welcome even. waiters were just passing by as if no one is sitting. had to leave after 15 mins. looks like they appreciate regulars only.

Very attentive staff as against the reviews I have read. Although we got here past 2 am and very few people around. This is a good place to chill post drinks! The food was good and we ordered the orange mint shisha. If it got a bit too harsh the guys would come immediately and make sure it's good again!

Just came here. Shisha was not what I ordered Turkish coffee was not what I ordered. No charcoal until I paid the cheque an hour and a half later no one cared. I called the waiters many times with no result. Went to them my self. Asked for the manager but nothing. Cheque came 15 minutes later. With a lot of attitude and bad service. Never coming back here again!!!!! Very bad service and poor customer service

My family had lunch here. Nice location, sitting outdoors. Enjoyed my sandwich, my family's choices so-so. Overall I thought it was a good experience, but wait staff slow, and forgetful of some things. But I would still return.

Great view on the canal (when sitting outside). Itried the daily platter, it was good. Good service, nice interior & great location.
