Inexperienced people.lady who takes blood sample is not experienced u will get bruises and pain after the blood sample is extracted.

KMC group ( Al Khail Gate ) bad service and worst doctors plus we can’t even get any bill or receipt after paying the money in the Gate Better Life Pharmacy!! 👎

One of the worst clinics, the lady at the reception is rude and unprofessional, my wife went to their Al khail gate clinic with high temperature and they did not even bother to check her vitals, the doctor blindly wrote a diagnosis of throat onfection without even knowing her vitals, when I questioned them only then they checked her vitals after the consultation, they checked he temperature with a temporal thermometer , which was inaccurate, the doctor prescribed her only a cough medicine, and when I wanted to complain they gave me the number of a Lady named Vijayalakshmi, who was the rudest of them all, all the while she was defending what they did and the only thing she said was " Hello I am a HR manager ok..!!!! I know what they have to do " these are the bunch of unprofessional people, we again had to visit Aster clinic

No proper process in place.
Waited for 90 minutes only to get token. Then they said come afternoon. Staffs are not trained well.
Now I edited to tell about Doc, no friendly atmosphere, rude. I don't think patient will get cure from here.

They don't care if patient die on Friday or Saturday only 5 days open in week. Very bad better they move other place and give chance to other groups.
