With few sessions of laser hair removal and I found the best results! Other than that, the service is amazing adding to great staff and also the management are very lovely xoxox

Like most girls, I have been struggling with the annoyance of constant shaving, waxing, etc. It was just getting to be too much. A friend of mine had started to do laser hair removal at International Aesthetic Medical Centre, and she just loved the results, so I figured out I might as well try it.
I went in and started off with my underarms and let me tell you just how amazing the results are. I ended up doing laser on other parts of my body, and even did facial and other skin care treatments. I am so happy I decided to go to IAMC because they really know what they are doing. They are experienced, friendly, and the environment is pleasant and tidy. I really felt I was in good hands. They would gladly listen to their clients and seek to offer the best possible solutions. Highly recommended! Worth every penny spent!response / report this review -

Very bad experience with Dr Emad Masri who like to call himself a dentist. I cleaned my teeth in 10 minutes harming part of the gums who were bleeding for days. When I asked explanation he replied smiling that my teeth were already cleaneed and didn't need extra work. Can can it be after 1 year from the last cleaning. Absolutely incompetent! ! Someone who doesn't know what he was doing.
Please please stay away if you can. Trust me.
Additionally the stuff were quiet unprofessional, smiling and chit chatting among them. I felt the sensation to be in a recreational facility rather than a clinic.
I regret I hAve gone there. For sure he won't put his hands in my mouth again!!!!response / report this review -

A very rude new female staff now sits at the reception desk. A staff told me she was the new manager. I don't know how can someone with extremely unprofessional behaviour and very poor communication skills be appointed as a manager. What's worse is that some of the staff who used to be polite and friendly are now adopting this new rude attitude. Why would anyone waste time or money on such a lousy service?

Worst service you can ever imagine !!!
Bas management rude staff.
I took an appointment at 4 and once I have reached they informed me that I don't have an appointment!! After that, they have told me I do have an appointment but it was on paper only!
My appointment being at 4 they took me in almost 5 pm. I asked for the manager and she herself seemed to be in good relations with the staff and defended them.
Seriously the owner of the place has to do something about it since the people working for him don't seem to bother about patients.
We pay money and expect to have something return.
Time is money and this place does not understand that.
I wish if I can put zero stars as they don't deserve the one star I put ( no choice )response / report this review -
