Very nice service and helpful too. It was my first time and I liked the way I was guided for everything by the front staff and the calmness and smiling face took my stress out as I was sure they are there to actually help me. Good clinic overall . Highly recommend.

Very Good people, Always go to this branch. My doctor, Dr. Abu Fazil is a very caring and a very good doctor. He will explain everything and always a big smile on his face. The nurses are amazing so is the staff. only concern for me is the wait on the reception. hope they can make it more faster. over all everything is great for me.

I would like to extend my thanks to Mr.Bharat from the receptionOf all the staff he was the one i find very helpful and accommodating ..Compared to other staff especially the new ones who are a bit snobbish and no patience to their patient.(the newest guy and newest lady in the reception who are both indians..they doesnt know how to smile at all and you will see and it reflects to their faces that they are feeling irritated with the patients.I think they need more training in the reception how to handle guests ..Mr Bharat is a good example ..He has a good customer service ..very knowledgeable.. he explain everything from the test to your insurance..keep up the excellent work Mr.Bharat

i went to al barsha branch which is one of the best clinic you have best doctor Abdul fazil he is best man very kind and explain to me and your nurse she is very kind as well ms anu mattew she great staff in all assist & talk make feel special very great care all and your pharmacy aster beside clinic ms. bane ( Filipino girl ) so kind & explain everything and assist me offer me aster secure card also which is really additional service all the best all team you are great , ill tell to my all office staff to go your clinic

The doctors are great but the reception and cashier staff are unprofessional and not trained. They will make you wait more than an hour before they issue it.
The doctor will ask you to take rest and leave from work but they will charge you money to print the certificate. Another way to rob someone.

Nurses are amazing. Caring and friendly, and very considerate.

And this clinic has a scope of expansion with some more new specialties like physio,that patients to go a little far for it currently.

Apart from this i am very glad that the cared me so well.

WIsh could give negative or zero star.Worst clinic or medical facility i have been too ever.Extremely slow at the reception.If you arrive 5 mins late of your appointment time they seem to cancel and say you are a walk in and wait till others finish.Then the time in queue isnt considered.

Worst customer care or call centre.You can keep banging your head and they will keep telling you they will call back but never on this earth ever you get to hear from them.And btw you might have exhausted all means even talking to supervisors so called and managers.

Please avoid harrasment,time delay and waiting and never ever go to this clinic.There are much better options around.You will be doing a favour on yourself by avoiding this clinic.Trust me.

Lethargic staff and everything moves very slowly. Despite no queue, the receptionist takes approximately 20minutes to issue the token. No respect or consideration for the time of waiting patients. Could consult the Paediatrician after waiting for almost 1 hour although had an appointment. Even the doctors don't seem to be bothered about the waiting patients. Worst branch of Aster group. Need to be prepared to spend at least 2 hours even if one has appointment

It has taken over a week for them to process a simple medical report for approval. Eight days after my consultation and nothing has still been done. I have chased them and they are a waste of time with no one taking responsibility. Do not waste your time. There will be a token response posted after my review and nothing will be done via either phone, email or follow up.

Aster Barsha Branch is a very good clinic to my experience. The doctors are too kind and you very friendly staffs. Kudos to the unit manager who was very helpful in assisting us anytime in times of emergency. Great clinic and wonderful team . Thank You Aster!

worst customer service ever they just dont bother about clients , would never suggest anyone this horrible clinic, first of all getting an appointment with a doctor here is like climbing the Himalayas cz they never available , they make you do unnecessary tests just to claim money from the insurance companys , been a week still waiting for my reports even though they are bogas unecesarry and just to claim money from the insurance company, getting through with the call centre is impossible , i wouldnt even want to talk about the staff behaviour cz they are inspired from the management as it is a monopoly they know they can give a damn about the patients they still going to survive there at the same spot for another 20 years

I have been there many times. They have good staff also. Specially Dr. Samer Nours was very good And helpful. He is very polite. But some time there they are not picking up phone even they said they will call back to me, they are not calling. So I have to call again and again for make to appointment.

Its been two weeks, still waiting for my Medical insurance approval for medical tests. And moreover, they didn't provide update on it.

Today i visited al barsha clinic, asked them why there is no update on my issue? They replied (customer care) that we dropped a mail that you are not answering our calls. When i asked them can you please show me that mail? Then he showed me only one mail where they mentioned that "already discussed" BUT they never discuss With me anything about my disease

Inefficient, Inexperienced staff from the doctors to the nurses. The only saving grace is Dr. Samer Alfil, he is polite, caring and understands issues quickly and thoroughly.
