Went to groom my dog she ended up with a alot of cut wounds. I REGRET taking her to this horrible pet shop. Its been a day since her grooming and she is restless. She cannot pee or poop because she's in so much pain. I feel so sad DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER GOING TO THIS PET SHOP.
Even the pets in the shop were in such distress it was horrible to see and the Hygiene is a level 0!! The staff - utterly RUDE!

Appointment cancelled on the last minute thrice in a row. Twice they confirmed my booking - only to tell me last minute that the groomers isn't actually available at that time.

Our animals deserve such places to get cleaned and be taken care of. Kangar is quite clean and is located in a very nice area with easy access to ethihad road as well as a 10 min drive to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed road. Great staff, however the leashes are kind of expensive.

Helpful staff. Good knowledge about animals for a pet store. Prices are a little on the higher side, but there's little compromise in quality.
My go-to shop for pet goods (but mostly as there is no other shop nearby).

Very over priced nearly triple and no good pets,fish,or accessories. And can't even return something once you purchase it even if you purchase it like 5 mins ago. Shop keepers are also not good

I used them for my cat's boarding. They have limited spaces may need advance booking. Please make sure you ask the name of the staff member that confirms your slot. You may need to say that later.

Though most of the staff are friendly and helpful, I found one staff member to be extremely rude. Possibily because I was visiting them close to 10'o clock.
