Food Buffet: Mind Blowing variety and presentation. Best thing, food being refilled in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
Ambiance: A bit dark and colonial ambiance however for sure many like it. It's just I personally don't like it

Service: Prompt and not too pushy with their suggestive up-selling

Best part: A stroll in the royal gardens after stuffing oneself to max ;)

Amazing buffet place!

Guys but you need to do the below couple of things

1) Fix your AC - in April I was sweating while eating.

2) Add Tea/Coffee as well towards end of buffet - as I couldn’t ask for anything more perhaps as you have all covered!

For the price we paid for dinner, I expected a lot more from this buffet. Food was okay and limited selection of desserts. Dress code is casual.

Excellent choice for lunch buffet or dinner. They have huge variety of dishes. If you just start tasting these dishes you'll get full. There have many option in entree and main course. The best part of the buffet is desserts. If you have a sweet tooth, you won't regret dining at this place.

If you are looking for quantity, you have found the place. However, if you are keen on quality, then this place is definitely not the place to visit. Very few dishes of the wide selection is of an acceptable standard. The sweets are a joke! Especially those ice creams. I would spend my money somewhere else.

Good variety of food. The restaurant is huge and there is always lot of people so forget about quietness and fast service, you won't get the same level of attention than in other hotel on the palm. The quality of food alternate between the very good for pastry and continental breakfast to average for the Chinese food.

They have good buffet options, very crowded restaurant
We went on Wednesday and suppose to have Italian buffet but it majority was Indiana and some Italian cuisine
Most important the sweet very delicious and variety of fruits also available
As place was crowded the waiters were very busy and difficult to catch them

One of the best international lunch Buffet in Dubai! This massive restaurant is always packed and fully booked during weekends (Entertainer Friendly).
TIP: celebrate your special occasion at Kaleidoscope and make sure to inform the restaurant to get a free cake!

FOOD:
The food is just amazing in here, everything taste perfect whether it was Asian, Italian or Arabic cuisine, But my favorite is the Indian cuisine.
TIP: a must try is their butter chicken with Nan bread as well as their beef Lazania. Another secret tip would be to take some of the fresh shrimps to the chef and ask him to cook it in pink sauce for you.

SERVICE:
The service is so fast anything that finishes is replaced within seconds. The staff are friendly and helpful to your needs.

AMBIENCE:
I love how the people gather in huge groups in Kaleidoscope. It is such a vibrant place filled with happy people.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel and breakfast was included with our room. I'm not sure of the actual price but the breakfast buffet was lovely. There were so many options of food that I couldn't even try a tiny bite of everything (I tried my best). There were selections from many corners of the world: Chinese, Indian, American, British, tons of juices, fruits, breads, omelette station, and salads. I was impressed with their margarita pizza (at 8am, sure why not?). We had our choice of a few buffets but we chose this one since it was said to include many international things and we weren't disappointed!!

Tasty buffet food
Tastiest was the Indian cuisine and a must have is the Umm Ali which was the best dessert out of the big selection they had.
1 star missing for the not so nice deco and colors and patterns that did not match :P

The staff are not friendly at all, they treated us as if they are gonna pay for the food not us. They seated us in an uncomfortable place, and when we requested them to change our place, they told us that it is the only remaining place, although we saw many empty spots. However when we repeated our request he asked us to roam around the restaurant and search for an empty place! Which is really unacceptable, I mean I think that it is their job not ours. He also told us in a very rude way to sit outside if we want!. It is very disappointing to be treated as bad in your country, because we saw the same staff treating people from other nationalities in a very respectful way. Which we consider as a plain racism. However we would like to invite the managers to panish their mean staff to avoid further problems.

A nice place too enjoy different delicious meals from decedent cuisines such as italian, Indian and Continental.

The style here is the buffet type, staff are helpful fast to clean your table so you can bring more plates : )

The outdoor area is also nice, you can enjoy the view of Atlantis.

The buffet has a wide array of dishes from all possible cuisines. Food is eminently edible for the price we pay. Outdoor seating during winters is great with spectacular views of Atlantis The Palm!

I went with my Wife for lunch today and I swear to God it was a disaster, we reach late 4:30pm and to be honest the staff on the reception was good and welcoming, yet once we site the server asked what to drink and we ask for Pepsi, her the story started! it was really funny as we almost finish our food but it seams they are bringing the drinks from different planet!!! As we remind them many times about the same and we get nothing except of promises as we are asking for something hard to get!!! In the end the the server (African lady) bring the drinks and she stoped exactly beside our table chatting with one gust without caring at all that we are waiting since century! Thanks to God her college took it from her and bring it to our table, next we was shocked by one of the servers to inform us that they need to clean our table to make it ready before the dinner started even so we didn't finish our food!!! honesty I never hear or see anything like that not even in the comedy movies
I really can't imagine that this can happen in a resturant in Atlantis hotel specially that the charge was 215 aed per person which is not cheep at all to get this cheep service

I really don't recommend anyone to go there as I will never do it again

Probably the best spread of multi-cuisines I have seen in a very long time. Fantastic selection of tasty food and very nice ambience. Across the massive aquarium and by the hotels private beach. Definitely worth the time and money you will spend here.

During a previous stay I thought it was an underrated place but the standards of service aren't befitting of a 4 Star hotel, let alone 5 Star.

At breakfast it often takes you ages to get seated, the tea takes forever to arrive and often without milk or sugar!

The food itself is decent without being top class. The major downside though is the place is full of people on short stays who use the hotel as a tourist destination and literally pile their plates so high it's bordering on disgusting. These huge families dither around the food stations and make it a less than pleasent experience. The last thing you want to see at breakfast is someone eating enough Indian food to last a week.

If you don't want to see that go outside but beware of the poor service and the birds which feast on leftovers that haven't been removed quickly enough.
