Godd location, short drive to Marina, Jumeirah, Mall of Emirates. A lot of of restaurants closer by, large supermarket across the street. Ideal for families with kids who want to have affordable accommodation and still being in Dubai city. Rooms were very big and well equipped for multi days stay.

very spacious and comfortable apartment. comfortable bed. they allowed us to enter the room before the check in time, which I very much appreciated. the location is good, close to the main attractions, I moved often by taxi spending small amounts. Staff very available

Good hotel for both short or long stays. Great service and nice staff. I had some issues the first night informed the staff and they fixed it directly and professionally.

I loved the generous size of the appartment and its cleanliness. The price is highly reasonable. Most of the staff were very helpful. Just for breakfast, they need to introduce more options. I'll come back whenever I come to Dubai again.

Very spacious and clean hotel apartment and have balcony too ,,,the staff so kind and friendly.
the building itself does not have restaurant inside but there's plenty of restaurant in the area .
I stayed for 1week and because it was so good I wanted to extend my stay but there's no availability due to the season.response / report this review -

I had a nightmare of an experience here last night. We were 10 guests with 3 rooms out of which we were 4 extra who were visiting. The manager (proclaims to be manager and if he is, its a shame for your hotel to appoint someone so arrogant - fair guy with white hair and medium height ) I asked for his name he would not give it to me. He was so rude with us for having extra guests. The least he could have done was offered an additional room for a good deal at the beginning of this whole ordeal. He argued with us for an hour and made us feel like filth. I was so upset and left your hotel on an Eid night to find another one. Your toilets are filthy. The shower curtains are dirty but nothing is worse than the staff who served us at night and your tall security guard who treated 2 of my guests like criminals. There is a way to deal with such things professionally and not leave your guests feeling like garbage. At the end they were ready to accommodate us as a favour but as I mentioned few of us had left. Never visiting again and I will make sure this incident is brought to attention.

Pretty good place.
Staff are friendly and helpful whenever you need them.
As I stayed in a studio the room was well furnished with cooking utensils compatible with most recipes as well as a fridge full of snacks and drinks.
In terms of amenities it had a gym with few basic machines and weights as well as a pool.
As for price, it is one of the cheapest in the area upfront and you would find it cheaper online.
Only issue I had very some risky placements of the room. The almost 2m wall mounted mirror came loose during my tenure which could have caused injury and the electrical sockets are very too close to the sink for comfort.
Aside from that I would certainly recommend this for a weekly or monthly stay.response / report this review -
