  Imagine you order flowers online for your beloved as a surprise and get promised for the flowers to be delivered between 9am - 6pm..and then..
  Flowers dont get delivered until 9pmyou write them 5 emails, call them 15 times and send them multiple SMS but THERE IS ABSOLUTE NO RESPONSE!
  This leaves you wondering whether the flowers would even get delivered?? Valentine's Day is almost over..
  This is exactly what happened with me..
  
  Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional service. Stay Away and dont spoil your occasion!!

  Dear All,
  
  I can highly advise not to use this company!
  
  They are not serious at all. I ordered flowers and were in touch with the customer service which are barley replying to emails and no name. However they confirmed they will deliver flowered between 19 to 21 PM. At 22.45 flowers were not delivered and when trying to call they hang up. Called more than 8 times!
  
  When I finally got in touch they said they are working on it but might take another hour..
  
  I whatzup them and they just said it will be delay and not a single sorry. So Many other company in Dubai and stay away from this. On the website it says free delivery in D but it was added 100 DRH on top of it.
  
  Worse experience!
