These guys made sure that my girlfriend had a surprise for Valentine’s Day despite of the distance. They answer immediately and have a great variety of products. I highly recommend this flowers company.

Excellent Customer service !
I live in the UK and my Partner lives in Dubai. I ordered flowers for the company to send to my partner and they delivered it the very same day ! The flowers were absolutely beautifully and wonderfully wrapped . I highly recommend this serviceresponse / report this review -

Excellent customer service. Prompt delivery and very helpful staff. They made my husbands birthday more special by decorating the bouquet in a customised way and adding a small special note which was cherry on cake. Thank u to all the staff. I strongly recommend my flowers to all my friends.

Extremely late delivery but worst than that the quality of the flowers was substandard to say the least. The flowers were rotten and several days old. Their communication skills are non existent. They are ignorant and unprofessional. Despite the fact they agreed full refund they have not refunded a single dirham. Tried to contact them several times to arrange refund but they are ignoring my calls. Do not use them.

Late Delivery, the person i was delivering too left the office prior to receiving the flowers which were 3 hours late
Flowers were not fresh, very bad quality
Seemed a week old
They were supposed to refund an amount which was debited to my credit card due to problems on their website. They never did the refund.response / report this review -

Worst customer service ever! Didn't deliver on time! Attitude of staff and driver very bad! Shouts at customers and refuse to answer customer calls! Useless at their job of simply delivering flowers as advertised!!!
