this company is fraud, giving close bank account cheque and whenever we are calling in the office and asking for payment they said owner not in the office, so please be careful all customer and supplier with Mr. Ayaz (owner and partner).
more then 100 time we called his office and his phone also but no reply. by luck one day one lady answer the call and she said i am new owner of this company and i explain all our issues and sent all necessary details to her but again same way she deal with us, so please be careful with this company.

I ordered online a bouquet and the customer service were very helpful it was delivered on time a bit last minute which would be better to avoided and leave some buffer time in case of unexpected delay but overall very very good experience, the flowers looked exactly like the photo

I would have given 5 stars. Because all is almost perfect. But my order included a 8 portion strawberry cheese cake and received mini separate 7-8 cheese cake peices. Didnt like thatat least ask!!!

I have been using this company for a couple of years to send flowers to my friend who lives in Dubai. I live in the Uk So their online service is great. They often have free delivery codes. The flowers are fresh and well presented. You can also buy balloons, chocolates and cakes but I think they are expensive. I bought these online for £31, free same day delivery. 😊🌹🌼🌻🌺

I have been buying flowers and cake from them for my mom who lives in Dubai for the past 4 years. I live in the USA and I had no problems with my transactions with them. The flowers and cake always arrived in perfect state!

Congraatulations!! The worst delivery serivce by any flower shop in Dubai. I wont ever use this company again. when i asked to speak manager, he or she is not available. reason? having launch at 5 pm. God Please help. Womens Day and my wife didnt get her flowers. i am dead men

my boyfriend ordered 3roses, 24 pcs ferrero and teddy bear (stuff toy )but they only delivered 16 pcs of ferrero without teddy bear and when i called them they said they were busy on Valentine's day so they forgot..oh really? what kind of services you have? when we paid the exact amount we expect the same items shown in the photos and mentioned in the descriptions ? not only the amount of money but you ruined our day. instead if enjoying the day, were just discussed the missing items and guessing why and how? verry dissappointed

Been trying to reach these guys on the phone (busy), email and on live chat with no success - charged extra to deliver flowers in Dubai on Valentines Day and they failed to do so and won’t give me any answers on any details. Will be demanding a refund and pursuing this further.

One star is over rated even for the service. If you are looking for a dependable service don’t look here. I’ve paid a bit over 1000 AED on the 29th of January to get flowers delivered on Valentine’s Day. I’ve paid more to deliver it between 9am - 2pm and they haven’t delivered anything. No call no email response, I’ve called them and “Jennifer” said she will call me back with an update with no action after that. Every time I called someone picked up and immediately hung up again. Till the time of me writing this (6pm) there is no delivery, no answer, no nothing. If you want overpriced service that you might not even get that’s where you should go.

If I could put -1, I would do. I paid 415 AED for a bouquet which they failed to deliver on time. It became irralevant and I had to rush to the nearest store and buy an average bouquet. Being completely unsatisfied I've requested for a refund. Manager Yasir and his team were rude and declined to refund money. Suggested to use them next time instead. Willing to save my nerves and time, I agreed. Ordered again a month later. The delivery came on time but flowers were not fresh and even the size of the bouquet was not up to the value of 415 AED. Again I had to decline the bouquet and buy from a store (half price, much better quality). I've requested refund again. Guess what! Was declined by general manager Yasir. Till now my money are trapped with them.

Wanted to send flowers to a special someone in Dubai (I'm in UK). When checking Interflora or other specialist firms the prices were astronomical. I'm not a cheapskate but over £50 for one flower?!? Tried these after reading reviews & they're fantastic! Fresh flowers delivered to my specified time slot, email stating despatch & another confirming delivery. Excellent customer service too. And she loved the flowers that arrived fresh & beautifully presented. Thoroughly recommend this company

Flower store in Dubai provided me with excellent customer service! It was truly so easy to complete my transaction with English speaking customer service person. I would never hesitate to use this store on a regular basis to send my flowers to my family and I live in Australia. Its so easy to use this store.
