Worst customer service ever, called them three times to book an appointment , and every time they were saying someone will call me back, and never happened.

Great workshop. The team is very helpful and dedicated. They are a bit on the expensive side but I never had any problems with them and they provide quality work.

Dedicated Porsche service. Comprehensive checking, very good understanding about the cars and typical problems, good and clear customer service (including coffee), relatively reasonable pricing. Speciality: Full restoration of old cars, very nice examples were under the work.

Superb and cost effective repair and service for older Porsches. Very helpful if you are enjoying a Porsche on a budget. They are also into restoration of classic 911s dating back to the earliest models. Staff is friendly and very professional.

I dealt 3 times with Mohammed Alqasme over there, very professional guy, there prices compared to the quality of the job are great, normally they will not charge you for finding out the problems, the work shop is very clean, professional, and tidy. Also they are the dealer in UK, so u can fully trust them with your car

Wow what an experience. Was dealt with swiftly by a man names Muhammed Al Qasim who is very professional and understanding listens to the problem. Chap named Cole is the engineer there and he is brilliant, has vast knowledge of porsche and is a saviour!
Overall the showroom is very very smart and clean unlike many in mussafah, they are very honest and cheap (porsche quoted me 1200aed for an item whereas JZM quoted me 660aed for the same thing). They dont charge you for finding the problem unlike porsche who charge 600aed just to acknowledge your there!
Finally they fully valeted my car, washed it and did a free checkup of other problems. If this kind of service continues they will be very successful and I pray they do because when your car is broke you the last thing you need is for someone to bank on that and try robbing you. Not JZM. Keep it up guys well done.response / report this review
