  Abu Dhabi Motor's service center is probably the best service center in the UAE. I've never seen or heard anyone who dealth with ADM and changed to any other company mainly because of the high quality service but also because of the staff and how delicate they are in their relationship with customers.

  Apparently this dealer doesn't need business as they won't call me back to test drive and select a car. I have identified two possibilities, can possibly even pay cash and have called 4-5 times asking for a specific sales manager that I first talked to. I even drove to the showroom to see the car they first told me about and it wasn't there, loaned out as a demo, but it's now been over a week, with no concern to my willingness to purchase.
  
  Kind of a shame; I have driven BMWs on and off since 1987.30 years.and never experienced this kind of disregard. Very sad.

  I walked in to buy a vehicle from them but waited for 30 min being ignored by every customer service employee while i see most doing nothing.
  definitely if that is their sales team i cant imagine how will their vehicle service would be.

  Worst Sales team ever! Total disgrace to the BMW brand. there was only 3-4 customers and probably around 10 sales people! I was walking around for at least 1 hour viewing the new and used M cars and during that period, I was asked by the receptionist and 2 other non sales people if I needed any assistance. My first question had an easy answer but when I got to the 2nd question, their reply was of course that I need to talk to a sales rep. Not 1 sales rep even looked at me, they were either walking around chitchatting to each other or really just focused on the Emirati 3-4 customers that were there. At he end, I finally approached what looked like a sales rep, as I concluded they all wore the same t-shirt but he couldn’t even answer what model of car that I was interested in and referred me back to the receptionist who had the answer (and the sales rep left) but she couldn’t answer my 2nd question and again she mentioned I need a sales rep.crickets after that. I only felt welcomed by the receptionist and the lady at the bmw accessories section which I ended up buying a 210dhs keychain. So thank u BMW sales team, I got to keep my money!
  
  I’d rather drive 1.5 hours to a Dubai based BMW showroom than go back to this one.

  Amazed with the cars and electrical cars, and most of all they are open for you to sit and have the great feeling. We went for mini cooper spare parts that We've tried to buy from outside dealers that never get the right part, although genuine parts , this is because of the lack of experience on model updates and the part differences. Visiting the spare part department was the answer.
