DON'T ORDER YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED - Poor Service.. for the third time in a raw orders get messed up (even though im ordering online) they still manage somehow to mess things up and forget to deliver the full order. Always expect a missing sandwich and a plate and after you pay them and realize food is missing.. they will just apologize and mentioning they wont be able to send the rest of the food before 2 hrs since they are busy.. (who cares about customers satisfaction.. all what matters is that they have the money for things they didn't deliver) plus once you complain you will have to talk to all the staff before the raise the issue - DON'T ORDER YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

Very famous place for healthy food lovers.
They do serve healthy food over here which charcoal grilled and even they makes their own sauces.
Quality of the food is excellent over here only the problem is that the food is quite expensive and there is a wait time if you are coming during the peak time of Restaurant.
Very much recommended place to visit atleast once for their food and not for anything else.response / report this review -

They have an inconsistent taste. When i tried it for the first time 3 months back the taste was amazing (esp. Shish Taowk meal). However last weekend I went with my wife and child the overall experience was unpleasant and following are my reviews:
1. We ordered Shish Towk meal and JJ special Sandwich. I must make it clear that the food was freshly made but I felt that the shish towk was not upto the mark (not like my first visit). The taowk cubes seamed to be watery for some reason and the JJ special sandwitch was not tasteful too because of the shredded chicken in it.
2. The presentation of the food is below par.
3. We took our 1 year old baby too, however the restaurant did not have any baby chairs to accommodate her.
I used to highly rate JJ Chicken, but my last visit was very unpleasant due to the above reasons.response / report this review -

I think what's missing is for JJ chicken to start charging people for napkins and cutlery .. can't get greedier than that which wasn't the case when they first opened but obviously after the money now, food quality isn't as good as before and anything you ask for there has to be an extra charge, considering that you are already paying more expensive than other places for small HALF BREAST of chicken.

Delivery times can vary but the chicken here is beautifully done - not too dry and not greasy at all. The sandwiches are great, as are the platters. Fries need improvement as they're all soggy when delivered. Pickles are a nice touch.

These guys are professionals The grill chicken taste is awesome, but what is more important for me is that when u deal with these guys. Its 100% you be happy, i made about 30 order's from media city, and delivery timing is always accurate. Taste is 95% always the same never overcooked or undercooked Keep the good work guys.
