I wish service quality was as good as those burgers. Al Barsha Mall branch unfortunately doesn't meet with quality requirements for service. I went there for take away, and kept waiting for 20 min all awhile have been watching all delivery packages been prepared. How can you keep a take away client who drove all the way to your branch (not ordering by phone while dozing on a couch) for 20 min???? Oh, I forgot and then only came home to find that fries from my order was missing. Obviously frustrated and called back and even more disappointed by Manager Maggie when she actually replied "It wasn't me who got your order??" and couldn't even offer any treat etc rather than saying that they can deliver the fries?!?! Wow! I'm flattered!! So that's very responsible of you as a manager and such a great example of TEAMWORK!! A round of applause!!
