The place was oki plus you would get a big fine just for the smell of cigs inside the room

I tried to check in early they didn’t let me. Even though I requested an early check in in advance. Their water literally tasted like sweat. It was impossible to drink. I called them to change the bottles, the glass bottles were too old and rusted. I wanted just sealed bottled water. I told them I have a baby with me, they said they can’t do anything about it! if I don’t like it I can go out and buy water from outside. I asked the manager if he even drinks that water he didn’t admit it, until finally after 7 hours later they got us a small box of bottled water for our whole entire stay of 5 nights. A five star hotel shouldn’t give me a hard time about such a basic right. The towels had a weird smell, and the bed sheets had some dirt in them, we had to call them to change the bed sheets.
The check out was also disappointing, they didn’t allow a late check out even though I asked in advance two months prior and the night before we left. I asked if I can pay extra just to extend my stay for few hours since I have a baby with me and my flight was not until later at night, they couldn’t find any room ready.
Finally, when we checked out we stayed for 30 mins in the reception area to feed my baby and we were asked to leave.
This is not a 5 star hotel treatment. They need to work on their customer service skills big time. I feel offended and disrespected by the staff.
I’ve been to so many five stars hotels in Dubai and This is definitely not worth what I paid for.report this review -

Location is excellent. Place is clean and comfortable. Apartment is spacious. Staff are helpful. Food is ok but you have almost everything near by.

From checking in to checking out everything was just brilliant. Big spacious apartments and housekeeping of a very high calibre. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Location is on Marina Walk so its always lively and there are tons of things to do and places to eat at.
I would also like to single out a member of staff, an Emirati chap (apologies I forgot his name) who was simply exceptional. Very welcoming, friendly and great to have a general conversation with. Also a Liverpool fan so that just adds to it. A credit to the business. I'm sure he will remember, so Ebrahim says hi.report this review -

The chrismas trees displayed are beautiful and the food in Phonencia are really great.

I have had stayed in 4 bedrooms apartment it was very big huge ... all of the bedrooms were master bedroom ...
The location in the middle of JBR
Just 3 mins by walk to reach the cinema and walk mall.
Apartment is very good condition clean simple but not luxury.
Hotel doesn't have lot of facilities.report this review -

Maybe it's not your usual 5 star hotel. But for me, the rooms, the service, the price and the location gets the place the 5 stars easy.

Absolutely fantastic apartments. Fully equipped and very spacious. I stayed on the 24th floor and the views were great. Minutes from the beach and the marina. Staff are very polite and helpful. The staff were great with anything needed. The Gym is excellent with the necessary equipment to have a good workout. I'd recommend these apartments to anyone who wants quality and service at a good price.

Exillant for a family ...v.good service .washing machine .dish washer .all the facilities for a family or a group . fully acvipted kitchen.groccries you can buy from downstairs..a restaurant at 1st flour . Even maid,s room with nice bathroom. Good place .

Really great hotel in a very nice area close to The Walk, beach and the Dubai Tram which connects to the Dubai Metro Red Line. We stayed in a room at floor 37 which gave us a beautiful view of both the sea and the Dubai Marina. The rooms were large, well equipped and cleaned daily. We used the kitchen a few times and could buy food from a small food market which was available at the base floor. Breakfast was great and the service was superb. We had access to a pool area at the second floor and there you could get new towels every day. It was also possible to get towel and umbrella for the beach which was only about 200 meters from the hotel. I really liked the gym since it was well equipped and had a sea view. The personnel were really helpful and friendly. I can recommend this hotel and if I came back to Dubai I would consider staying here again.

Beautiful amazing location, amongst the best in JBR. It's like a 24 hours party all around with so many shops, restaurants and really close to the beach. The rooms are spacious and big. The bedroom's are nice and comfortable. The living room is now dated and needs to be upgraded. Also given that they are pricing themselves amongst the best the level of service needs to improve. In holiday season in Dubai most of the other such properties would provide you the complimentary breakfast in the room if you have a premium appartment, they don't. The concierge also needs to be trained and upgraded other than one the others did not even know that they are supposed to book restaurants etc for the guests. Again not bad but not the level they have priced themselves to be. The only bad thing is the WiFi, the coverage is good but the bandwidth is so slow????

I have been staying here for many years. This hotel continues to maintain a very high level of cleanliness and excellent quality furnisher. I never found worn-down carpets or sofas. The beds are very comfortable as well. A two-bedroom apartment has 4 bathrooms! Love this place and it's ideal location at the center of the JBR Walk.

This place is amazing! Great, spacious apartments with TV's in every room. Master bedroom is wonderful. The staff are so friendly and the restaurant food is delicious. Definitely recommend it if you need a big place to stay for a few weeks. Also views are incredible.

Beautiful spacious apartments. In the heart of the Walk. Beach and eateries within walking distance. We were in a two bed apartment, on the 29 floor with a marina view. Fully equipped kitchen..included dishwasher and washing machine. All beds with ensure bathrooms.
The apartment was cleaned everyday, towels and toiletries changed, beds made. Linen changed every other day.
Breakfast at the Thyme restaurant was amazing, lots of variety from continental breakfast to full cooked breakfast, with an egg station.
The staff were friendly and efficient.
The hotel provides a free shuttle to the various malls. Also a shuttle to their sister hotel 5*Jebel Ali.report this review -

Spacious apartments we had the 2 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets and the amazing view with the balcony. Breakfast was decent and staff were courteous and helpful especially the housekeeping staff Toknath who made sure I was topped up on everything would definitely recommend this hotel.😎
