  Easy to explore and use the APP for booking car till returning. Good experience for the first time. Good customer service as well. One minor issue was that the car was not delivered on time.

  the company was a great short term solution to my vehicle issue but thats when the experience started to take a sour turn.
  when I handed the vehicle back the person collected tried to add additional fictional damage to the vehicle. luckily i spotted this and alerted the company to this. they assured me no extra expense would be charged.
  roll on a week or two, they refused to release and refund remaining fees I had paid. they said it was company policy and I had to credit it with them. I was them charged a parking fine stating from my bank account despite having a large sum of money tied up in "credit"
  
  long story short, I will never recommend this company to a friend.
  Even as a last resort I'd rather walk than use them again. truly dreadful customer care and not an ounce of common sense amongst any of the employees.

  Excellent app and efficient way to rent a car without hassle. All the queries you have can be found within the app pertaining to billing, booking, return etc and the chat is also effective. One of the most pleasurable customer experiences!

  It was a very easy transaction. Camille - the customer service agent was super helpful and she’s very proactive.
  
  The delivery was right one time, the car was very clean, fuel tank full, and the driver was very patient and informative throughout the handover.

  Just completed 6 months of service from Invygo and had one of the best car rental service experience so far. Everything from getting the car first time to maintenance and servicing was done on time and with ease. The chat support staff are very supportive and clarify all the doubts. Had to return the car as i am going on annual leave but definitely plan on returning to their service. And will definitely recommend others as well. Thank you INVYGO.
