Gilbert and the team at AFIA provide top-notch customer service! Although my initial inquiry was sent outside of working hours, I received a very detailed response promptly. My subsequent questions during working hours were answered in near real-time. I received several quotes from which I was able to choose the one that fit my requirements. The one-stop approach meant I spent less time researching on my own. My final selection was an excellent value! I was feeling a bit anxious about our future travel plans. Mark provided great service, quick, polite and responsive. From search to securing the insurance was less than 3 hours. Good range of quotes, no pressure at all to pick the most expensive. Mark was very friendly and helpful all the way through. Since purchase, Gloria has also been incredibly helpful when filing a claim for a damaged television, recommending service providers and facilitating routes to a solution with the insurer.

I dealt with a lady called Susan Joseph who was very professional very polite. For no fee to you, they get back to you with the best suggested insurance for your situation. Very straight forward, very simple and just takes away all the hassle and time commitment you would need to travel through different insurance policies. You may find cheaper option then AFIA but sometime time is more imp then small amount of money.

A very good service. Upon inquiry received three quotes with a reasonable spread. After selecting an option, processing and issuing the policy was very smooth as well. There were some minor communication glitches (hence the 4 stars), but my contact person was very diligent and patient pursuing them until closed.Would recommend and will use them again.

Really deserve a 5 Star on this one! After checking whole market and comparing the quotes from other brokers, I called Faisal to send me a quote (which he was still working on), after almost 20 minutes he was able to send Quote, Late but best one. My Adviser Faisal had an in-depth knowledge of what is required in a motor insurance. I was so convinced that I confirmed the deal within 20 minutes. I saved 27% comparing to next best quote. Superb!

This was such an incredible and easy experience. I filled in a form, someone contacted me shortly thereafter to confirm my details. Less than a day later I had a comparison of possible insurance options and shortly after that it was all done. Amazing! They were friendly and responded quickly.
