Very disappointed with this company. The tour started off okay. The tour guide picked us up on time, and he was good at keeping on schedule. However, the tour itself was terrible. (We were told we’d go quad bike riding, to the dunes and then to the camp site)
The worst part was the place where we went to ride quad bikes. There were other tour guides, or people who worked there who would let tons of people cut the queue (at one point about 15 people were told to go in front of us). We were with 2 kids and they were getting extremely tired of waiting.
Did not feel like we were being heard when tried to talk to our tour guide about it, and about other places we could potentially go to. He always talked over us and always tried to push the same point through, so we were never able to get to a solution.
We skipped the dunes by choice, and then headed over to the camping site.
Once we got near the camping site, we switched cars and someone else drove us to the destination since the hummer couldn’t get us through the sand. When we arrived there, it felt like the whole trip was a tourist scam. The camp site was split into two parts, one for those who paid for VIP passes (which we did, but the tour guide failed to mention it to the people who worked there, so we had to wait there until the tour guide who was with us in the beginning arrived and explained the situation). The performers came on with huge gaps in between so we only saw one 3 min show within the hour (the performers that we saw were very good). The food was not great and the guy put the skewer meat on our plates using his hand without gloves (he literally pushed it off the meat stick using his hand and put it on our plate).
The tour guide was sending audio WhatsApp messages, and texting, or taking calls constantly throughout the ride there and back, so it honestly didn’t feel that safe since he was doing it while driving.
We could’ve minimised any frustrations had our tour guide listened to, or been able to have a two way conversation.

We took a tour from other agency and we were extremely enjoyed. Everything costed approximately 17$, for that money we had transfer from station to the desert, had a ride on the desert on big cars, tried sandboarding, rode camels, watched fireshow and belly dance. Also, we had free food there, which was quite tasty.

It's adventurous, it's professional and it's a must. If you are visiting Dubai then desert safari of course has to be on top of the list. Most of the times you'll be offered a total package wherein they provide pick up and drop from your hotel. Then they provide a wild drive in hummer or other cars as specified and then they take you to a place wherein you are entertained with a belly dance show and finally dinner.
IMPORTANT - While you are being taken in the desert safari, they take a pause in the middle of the desert for photos etc and some people will come with birds in their hands and offer you to take photos with them. Mind you that's not free. They'll charge for that after your photos are taken. It's advisable to bargain before doing that.

We had the best time doing the desert safari in a Hummer with this company. The car was neat and clean and the evening camp was good but the main reason for our 5 star experience was our guide and driver Mr. Kayiuum. Throughout the time we were with him, he guided us on when to do the quad bike and camel rides, how to pose to get the best photos, where to sit at the camp and what to enjoy. This is not part of his job but I believe he is genuinely a nice person and wants his guests to have a good time. Thank you hummer desert safari and especially Mr. Kayiuum. I will be asking for you again when we visit Dubai in the future.
