Poor experience compared to the price. Reception is incompetent and rude. They do not communicate properly and they make your experience a living hell.
The instructors are good and this is why I give them 1 star unfortunately, you have to deal with reception many times as they can change your purchased schedule whenever they wantYes, they canfrom what they say, it is their policy But no thank you for me !

The nearby villa was partying very loudly after 10pm and I have informed th security multiple times but issue wasn't solved. My kids couldn't sleep and started crying coz of how loud and the screaming and music. I ended up calling the police and going to the reception area midnight and I have asked for a compensation of the issue am having . Unfortunately no one called or cared .

Very bad place I made a booking and once arrived they said you didnt pay in advance which was not communicated on the phone.. guys really dont come here they are so mean and do not compromise at all.. I was looking forward to do long term - Not recommended seriously

Overall experience was good. However, the villa wasn’t clean nor the pool. It was very clear that someone was also smoking in the villa before handing us they keys. The keys (villa cards) were not working either but i got good memories. Also no slippers were found in the villa.

Great livery facilities with great grooms and management staff. Good riding lessons and amazing facilities. The bar/cafe is nice if not a little expensive.
