It was the best experience to visit edodontist. Dr. Nehad fixed a mistake of another doctor who broke the instrument inside the root canal and hided from me. It took me 3 visits just to remove it, second visit was almost 3 hours. Finally he got it out on the 3-rd visit because it was very complicated. I real appreciate his work and efforts what he has done.

I was in this clinic few weeks ago. Done my root canal treatment. At first doctor explained the current condition of my tooth which I was suffering months already. I thought I was supposed to get it extracted but doctor saved my tooth. And I was happy with the result my tooth didn't bothered me anymore after the treatment. No more pain. It was smooth procedure and nice ambiance. Should recommend to friends and family.

I would not recommend this clinic to any one.
I had a root canal treatment months ago. The dentist didn't seem to have an idea on what he was doing. Didn't listen to me when I showed him the tooth that's been giving me the pain instead he decided to treat an other tooth. And when he finally realised that I was right. He charged me for the both the treatments.
On one occasion he made me wait because he needed more time with an other patient, even though I had an appointment. No apologies whatsoever, I had to reschedule and left.
On an other occasion he once again was going to spend more time with an other patient even though I have booked my appointment and when the other patient pointed out to him that I was there waiting, the dentist simply looked at me and said no she doesn't have an appointment
To summarise it, this place has no courtesy and the dentist is unprofessional.response / report this review -

I have been gone through a number of dentists during my stay in Dubai almost 30 years .. I am now with doctor Nihad for the past 7 years I am not thinking to go to any other dentist in UAE. DR Nihad Hababat of Infinity clinic is an excellent dentist and he deserve to be a 7 stars dentist not only 5 stars. .

The staff is very accommodating. Great service! Would probably recommend to my acquaintances. Great job! Everyone deserves a kudos. I never imagined undergoing tooth extraction to be as less painful as I thought it was.

Great Experience I had in this clinic!
Once, I had a pain on the lower part of my tooth to the point I got a head ache actaully. Good thing I consulted Dr.Nihad Hababat and decided for Root Canal Treatment. It was a very keen procedure that was done.Everything good!👍👍
And now I am happy coz I don't feel pain anymore.

"I am one of those people who feared the dentist. I don't mean a little bit uncomfortable, I mean shaking, trembling, almost in tears AFRAID. When I first started coming to Dr. Nihad for dentist work, the good friend who referred me to him came with me on my first several visits. All of the staff here are so kind and patient with people like me. Over the years, I've been able to come for appointments by myself and have had extensive dental work done. (I'd gone without dental care for nearly 15 years due to previous horrible experiences at other dental clinics.) I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone who needs a great dentist. Thank you Dr. Nihad and staff!"

Dr. Nihad is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry he can offer. My upper and lower molars were already hopeless as I consulted already other dentist and they advised me just to extract them but I was so lucky that I found Dr. Hababat who has top notch knowledge for root canal treatment and yes he saved my hopeless teeth for extraction! I didn't even felt the pain of the treatment. Thank you so much doc! Absolutely the very best dental service one can experience!!

This is Dr. Nihad. I've read the previous comments as I have always been known for the highest quality treatments, and have a zero-complaint record at Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and insurance companies that dealt with me through my international career of 37 years. If any of these negative reviews are real, they would have been taken to DHA where I would be more than glad to challenge them to show their proof. An example of the quality of my work is below in the attached digital x-ray photo.

I was referred to Dr. Nihad Habbabat by another doctor due to terrible pain. I had a complicated and hopeless tooth, and after root canal treatment he saved it. Great quality, very professional, and I am glad I did it at his clinic after trying for years in my hometown Toronto, Canada.
