After a few unpleasant experiences with other clinics in Dubai, I can finally say I had a very positive experience with the clinic, and I'm able to recommend it.

The clinic itself is extremely clean and well equipped. and everyone starting from the staff and the assistants were very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Giselle was very professional and detailed, gave me confidence and provided me with a painless and effective fillings treatment that finally resolved my issue!

Highly recommend dental clinic! I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr.Wael, he is very decisive and procedure was done quickly. Teeth cleaning was through and I’m very happy with the overall experience I had in this clinic.

I have recently had an implant with Dr. Wael. Before I decide to go to ADMC, I visited a couple of dentists in Dubai to get more opinions. Dr. Wael was the only one to explain the process so well and he was very clear to what he will do. After the implant surgery I had absolutely no pain or any kind of discomfort. There was no bone breaking, comparing to suggestions of other doctors and the surgery couldn't go smoother. Despite it is slightly more expensive than others, when the time comes to do the surgery and you hear the doctor saying "bring the blade no. 5", then you know you have come to the best.

First of all the clinic is clean and very organized by the receptionist. She knows her job very well. She dealt with all documents I need and information for my claim.

I usually go to the dentist back in my country but in this situation, I cannot travel I would say in Dubai is not that bad.

The cleaning was very painful and after you still feel something on your teeth. I cannot blame the doctor for that probably this is how she does her thing.

We specifically chose this dental clinic after reading excellent reviews of Dr. Wail. My family went for routine dental proceedures and were very satisfied. Dr. Wail is an amazing dentist - knowledgable, helpful and dedicated.

When it was time for my daughter to put braces, we did not hesitate to again visit AMDC. The orthodontist Dr. Marjan, was excellent from the onset. She is soft spoken, extremely patient and dedicated. We were comfortable and trusted her advice and opinions, which is very important in these long drawn out proceedures.

Today after 18 months, my daughters braces have been removed and we are very happy with the excellent results!!

My family and I are thankful to Dr. Wail, Dr. Marjan and their staff for a job well done! I recommend readers to please visit AMDC for all their dental requirements - you will not be disappointed!

I have a big fear of dentists and hadn’t been to one in a while. I ended up needing to visit a dentist and I am very happy I chose American Medical and Dental Center for many reasons. The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. The doctor (Dr Wael) was very reassuring through every step of the process that it made me feel very comfortable. He communicated with me so I knew what to expect. I decided to go back for further treatment and my other visits were just as good as the first. The staff welcomed me each time with their friendly demeanor and made my nerves go away. My fear went away every time I was there. I think, maybe I still have a fear of dentists, but not this dentist. Thank you Dr Wael and staff!

After years of deliberation on the topic of veneers I decided to take the plunge and have veneers fitted. Not before I researched Dubai and UK dentists and attended a few consultations to see what dentist I should start this process with. You hear horror stories on what could happen if you choose the wrong dentist who isn’t qualified to do the dental work and I didn’t want that to happen to me. After attending 3 different dental consultations with other dentists, all with varied solutions for me. I booked an appointment for a consultation at the American Medical and Dental Center in health care city. My Consultation was with DR Wael, he gave me options that were non- abrasive to my teeth and appearance pleasing and less costly like teeth whitening. By recommending this it reassured me that he wasn’t trying to sell everything to me, which can happen in Dubai. It showed me he cared about me as a patient and he wanted the best for me without costing me lots of money and unnecessary pain. By doing this it made me know he was a genuinely dentist and person that he wanted what was best for me. I explained it was dream of mine to have a nice smile as I have always been conscious of my teeth since having an accident which caused trauma to my 2 front teeth which have root canals. He assured me my teeth were in good condition and I could choose non- abrasive methods if I wish. I opted for veneers, Dr. Wael recommend 10 veneers for my top teeth and just whitening for my bottom teeth as he assured me my bottom teeth there was no need for veneers. Again, this showed me how genuinely he was by recommend this to me, as he could have sold top and bottom to me if he only cared about the money side. He obviously cared about me as a patient and the results for me. I took his advice and started the process of 10 veneers for my top teeth, Dr. Wael was amazing through the whole process by making me feel comfortable and generally caring if I was in pain or had any discomfort during the fitting. I highly recommend Dr Wael and his team they made this experience for me so much more comfortable as I knew there would be some pain and discomfort involved in the process. They assured me and supported me through everything which made me less anxious during my fitting. I’m so happy with my results it has honestly gave me a reason to smile now as before I never wanted to show my teeth. If you are thinking of getting Veneers fitted I highly recommend Dr Wael and his team they have changed my life and gave me my smile.

Dr. Wael is a brilliant professional . I honestly couldn’t be happier with the outstanding treatment results - my best expectations were exceeded. At the same time Dr. Wael is kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and is always available. I knew I was in good hands from the 1st appointment. All the staff at AMDC is also extraordinary and extremely caring and patient. I performed many treatments described as painful everywhere , and I was a bit scared at the beginning, but I’ve experienced absolutely no pain during all the treatments I’ve done which is incredible. Forever grateful to Dr. Wael for giving me back my smile !

I had an amazing experience with American medical and dental Center.

About one year ago I was not happy at all with my smile. I hardly smile because of my crooked teeth.
I got to know by friends about this center, so I went for consultation.

I met doctor Wael and I explained about my situation. I wanted to straighten my teeth without wearing metal visible braces, so he introduces me the invisible braces "invisalign"

I started my journey with them, always well welcomed till today.
Today is my last day and I removed the brace. I feel so happy. Every time I look at my teeth I am so happy and I cannot believe those perfect teeth are mine.

Dr. Wael always made sure I had no doubt about my smile. He listened very carefully about my concern and always found a solution. Actually I never had real concerns with him, because Since the first time I met him I saw how professional he is, he knows what he does, really confident, and always happy to receive you.

I have no negative points at all about him and his lovely colleagues.
In a scale from 1 to 10 I'm happy 11.

I want to say a big thank you to Stephanie as well for her kindness and positive way to receive the customers.

I came to the American Medical and Dental Center to get veneers and I couldn't be happier with the result. My teeth look 100% natural, it is everything I wanted.

This was my first time at the AMDC and I was positively surprised by the kindness of their staff. I felt welcomed and I knew they would take care of me.
As far as dental care is concerned, both the dentist and his assistant were nice and professional, reassuring me along the way and asking if I am fine. Their job was done with perfection.
All in all, I am more than satisfied with their services and will definitely come back, as well as recommend them to my friends.
