I was one of the lucky winners with Sansaya and I had won Botox and fillers. I absolutely loved the whole experience. First I would like to emphasize how amazing the staff is . I had the pleasure of interacting with Gunda, she is an absolute sweet heart and i recommend if you go to deal with her. So when I went for my consultation and i talked to Dr. Namir who has to be the funniest doctor that i encountered, he explained what i need or might not need as i wanted to go have my lips done but he recommended i do my forehead. Dr. Namir has such a light hand and is a great consultant he told me that i don't need to start this early with botox and fillers and how facials are more than enough. its amazing to meet a doctor who would tell you something like that. I will be visiting him again soon to have my lips done :) even though they are a bit pricey compared to other clinics but Dr. Namir is worth it and also they always have offers going on :)

I had acne problems on my face, then i have met the most person Zvezda, who is on the top of the above mentioned is a very professional cosmetologist. She have made, as I thought at that time, an impossible job. She made my face smooth and acneless.

Amazing experience! I use this clinic for practically everything. I had great results with Dr. ridad, Dr. dalia and Dr. namir.
Staff is extremely friendly and appointment booking is as easy as it can get. I definitely recommend it

I tried their dental service and their laser service and both are superb, highly recommended because of their professionalism, state of the art instruments and tools and lovely staff!! I went for dental check up, treatment and cleaning with my favorite dentist DR Soraya 😍 and full body laser with the best therapist Redad! It was the best decision and investment that I made 2017!i look forward to try more services.

I went to Sansaya clinic to do veneer consultation and teeth clealing with Dr.Dalaih. The staff and the reception were so friendly and helpful. Dr.Daliah was so kind and professional in her work. She gave me all information I want and was so clear with me. I like the treatment plane she gave me and I will start my new smile with her. Also, I was suffering from some of acne scars on my face. I heard that they have one of the best dermatologist Dr. Namir. I saw Dr. Namir and I did the treatment with him. Dr.Namir was really professional and friendlly. I starded to see the improvment on my face after a week from the treatment. I really recommend people to go to Sansaya for professional doctors. Thank you Doctors and thank you Sansaya.

This is by far one of my worst experience i have ever had!!!!This clinic is beyond irresponsible and they don't respect anyone time and think if they are giving a free facial its a favor and they treat you like you don't matter. I have never been disrespected in and bothered about noone taking responsibility of their fault and wasting my time this much!!! so i had bought dermalogica institute products from pharmacy and they gave me a voucher for free facial in sansaya clinic and noone notified me about any terms and condition . When i booked they notified me i need to present a bill worth spend of over 1000 dhs to get the free facial and i had already thrown out my bill and they told me i need to go ask for a reprint. I could not get the bill and at the time of reconfirmation of booking i msged back saying that i don't have the bill if its fine i will come otherwise cancel the booking and after that i received a booking confirmation msg!!!!!!! i was fine if my booking was canceled but they send me booking confirmation (their mistake) even though i had booking confirmation because i didnt want to wast my time i did give a call to them to make sure my booking is confirmed and noone picked up or gave me a call back (what normal responsible clinics do). i was fasting and i had to kill 2 hours on streets 2-4pm(heat time) to wait for my appointment and when i went for my booking the receptionist miss Gunda!!!! is informing me my appointment is canceled and they gave the slot to someone else and they cant do anything about it!!! this clinic is very irresponsible, they have sent me a booking confirmation while they had given my time to someone else and noone took any responsibility for wasting my time, they did not treat me well at all and when i asked to talk to the manager they kept me waiting for 10 minutes while gunda is gone to the garden coming back with a reply of her manager i already gone and you can try to call tomorrow and make a complain!!!! as if my time is not already waisted and its my fault that i need to call them back!!! i do not recommend anyone to waste their time in this clinic as they staff is not professional and they don't admit their mistake or solve anything for you and i had already informed them i would give them bad review and they didn't even care!
